Mark and his team are awesome! I bought a home earlier this year with the intention of doing some repairs and updates and eventually move into. The property sat vacant for several years, so all the utility meters had been pulled by the city. Which meant if I wanted to get power supplied to the home again, I was going to need a vacancy inspection by a licensed/insured Class A electrician.
There were several repairs and updates done to the property. Mark and his guys were able to knock it out in a day and have the property 99% ready for the inspection. The remaining 1% were some sheetrock patchwork I needed to complete (since vacancy inspections require all sheetrock to be closed) and an electrical panel cover. Mark made several more trips to the property, on his own time, to make sure the property got everything it needed to pass the inspection. Once sheetrock got patched and cover installed, the inspection passed. And now with the property having active power supplied to it, I can now do much more essential work on the property, which gets me closer to being able to move in.
Big thanks to Mark and his guys for going out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. With his rapid reply’s to all of my texts, and his willingness to go the extra mile, he really made me feel like they were on my side throughout the entire process.
