I finally have time to write a review—after you team ruined our festival and our kitchen drainage.
Last Friday, because it was our traditional festival, I tried to find a plumber who could fix a small issue with our kitchen sink on the same day. No one knew it would be the start of a nightmare.
First, I made it clear to Chris that our kitchen sink had two problems: leaking and clogging. I emphasized it was two issues. It started with an $88 fee, and we scheduled the repair between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. My family adjusted their plans accordingly. Then at 10:00 AM, they called asking if they could come earlier—but we couldn’t, because my family had already moved their afternoon outing to the morning. In hindsight, I wonder if that upset these licensed guys.
Then at 2:22 PM, my family told me that no one had shown up. I called them—perfect—and they said they couldn’t come due to delays. It seems if I hadn’t called, we would have been the last to know.
It was rescheduled to the 3:00–5:00 PM. Cole came, did a whole-house inspection, and gave me several shocking quotes: over $3,000, over $2,000, and over $1,000. To be honest, a friend had told me to wait for a plumber he knew, and I later understood the value of that advice. All three options were above my budget, so I picked the cheapest one—because it was our festival and my family needed to prepare a formal dinner,which I told the plumber as well. The upfront charge was over a thousand Australian dollars; I accepted it.
But after clearing the drain, he told me that replacing the materials to fix the leak would cost an extra $800. The time it took and the additional cost were unacceptable to me. When I got back home, to my surprise, all the kitchen drain pipes were connected but not tightened,why you left this defult to our kicthen, you want destroy the whole family dinner totally? It costs you to tight up these pipe? Of course, they were still clogged. I restrained myself and waited 24 hours, but on Saturday it was still a clogged drain. Then I call the 24/7 customer line, no one answer, send the message to both, no answer, perfect weekend except client's family.
What a great experience, guys. A thousand‑plus‑dollar price trap, a drain that wasn’t fixed, and no reply to customer contact. It’s truly a shame that you’re allowed to run this business and hold a license. I am happy to come back to comment with more evidence which I suffer, my family as well.

There is what our family suffer from the service of fix our kitchen blcok and leaking and what they play doggy on the google review comment.
So, the merchant's response to us felt more like them trying to defend their own mistakes and twist the facts. My husband and I were so mad—we decided to reply again about their service. The merchant reached out to my husband within half an hour of him posting a Google review, even though it was already 5:30 PM. But when we texted Chris and Coles from the merchant on Saturday afternoon asking why it still wasn't fixed? Six days went by with zero response.
Second thing—the merchant said in their comment that we told them the sink was finally working. But my husband made it clear to them that the sink only got fixed with help from someone else. Our friend, who's a licensed plumber, came over and cleaned up the mess they left behind.
Oh, and I'm posting my quote too. Back then, Coles insisted we pay upfront. And then, right in the middle of our holiday, they left us with a pipe that wasn't even tightened and a kitchen drain that was still clogged. Honestly, it ruined our holiday and weekend. So basically, in this signed quote that's basically a contract, we were the only ones who played by the rules—paid in full and dealt with all the fallout. The merchant just took the money and couldn't care less if we were happy, just wanted their Google review to look good.
