Great experience, phoned and chatted with Kevin. Can you believe I had squirrels getting busy in my attic ??? He let me know it was a wildlife thing and they absolutely handled these types of situations. He let me know he would have his guy Lucan call me soon and the next day he called, came over right away and within a few minutes found my issue , gave me a price-(which was within 100 bucks of the ball park quote I was given the day before) and took care of my squirrel problem that same day. Find a hotel room from now on squirrels !! These guys were great from start to finish.

I called them on a Friday morning to take care of a skunk problem we had. Kevin called me back within minutes, and by the afternoon of the same day we had someone out. Kris came out and was just superb in explaining everything we needed to know about the skunk and answered all our questions. The trap was set and by next morning our friend had already been caught. A simple call next day to have their wildlife person come pick him up. Overall a very pleasing experience and will be highly recommending to any of our friends and family!

Can not give a high enough review!! I phoned at 915 am about a mice problem and dealt with a very nice man on the phone, he booked me in the following day wich I was very pleased with. He soon called back and arranged for someone to be at my house in Cochrane within the hour!! Kris arrived and was so professional and pleasant. He did what he had to do while explaining the steps and what to expect. I am so happy with the buisness on every level. Kris went the extra mile by really making me feel comfortable that everything would be fine and mice free. I love that this buisness is family owned and they are all credited. 100% recommended the Pest Control Guy

I had a family of skunks who took up redicence under my steps without letting me know and not paying any rent, they were basically squatters and would not leave. Had to call The Pest Control Guys and Lucan persuaded them to leave even though they put on one hell of a fight. He installed a oneway trap door and try as they may they could not regain entry. Thanks.

One has to understand that most pest problems dont start overnight so they cant be fixed overnight. Even though to get ours under control went outside of the 100 day warranty the infestation is no longer an issue. It was a long uphill battle of 5 months and thankfully activity has been none. Im so happy to finally be done with this issue and will utilize the pest control guy again for any future issues. Thank you pest control guys!

I contacted The Pest Control Guy regarding a possible rodent issue in an exterior wall. Kyle came out to do some squirrel remediation and assured me that it wasn’t squirrels. He also noticed potential roofing issues, suggesting I check into that first. Upon his advice, we contacted several roofing companies that were able to identify a siding issue which was responsible for the sounds that we were hearing. Kyle’s observations were critical in remediating our problems. He also saved us a fair sum of money in squirrel/mice remediation; truly a knowledgeable, helpful, and honest guy.

JS and Chris were super responsive to our vole problem in our backyard. We called The Pest Control Guys at 9:00 a.m. and they had traps and bait set up before noon. A couple months ago we contacted them after because there was a skunk living under our front steps. They were prompt with coming out for a quote and very straightforward with their pricing. The tech was very knowledgeable about skunks and explained the potential damage that skunks could cause. They installed a steel dig proof fencing by our front porch (on the side the skunks had dug into and the other side), covered the area with soil, and put grass seed on it. Since then we are continually reminded why we are glad we got professionals to deal with this! The skunks have continued to try and dig under our steps on both sides (including the one they previously hadn't dug under), but because it was dealt with correctly the first time the skunks are out of luck!
