While nobody wants to have to call someone in to deal with creepy crawlies, if you do, James is the person to call.
He thoroughly explained the treatment process and made it clear that if I had any additional concerns or questions afterwards, he was only a phone call away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely put my mind at ease throughout the whole experience.

We received a fantastic service from start to finish when we had an issue with squirrels.
Dave was professional, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered really useful advice, and was always happy to help — no job was too small.
Most importantly, he successfully resolved the issue and made sure preventative measures were put in place to stop any other furry squatters from moving back in!

Paul , explained the procedure and returned in the time slots he had provided. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Dave came out to assess where squirrels are entering at the top of a dormer loft. He assessed thoroughly and provided good information. He advised scaffolding would be required to safely deal with the issue and to enable traps to be placed in the correct location on the roof. I appreciated his advice and honesty and there was no call-out charge. I have confidence that Dave will be able to tackle the issue successfully once I'm able to get scaffolding in place.
I was very impressed with Paul from the Pest Company. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient but also very pleasant and reassuring. His survey was very detailed. I am going to continue having a check up visit every 3 months or so. Sarah in the office is very pleasant and helpful too. I can highly recommend them.
Had a wasp nest and was getting unbearable as I couldn’t open my windows for the pesky things. Dave came and squirted the nest and within a couple of hours they had gone. Dave was lovely, very friendly chap who clearly loves his job
