Hi Andy — sorry about this. That delay isn’t acceptable, and we understand why you’d be frustrated.
This was Christmas Eve, our busiest night of the entire year. We were hit with an overwhelming number of orders and, despite the team pushing flat-out, we simply couldn’t keep up. That’s on us.
If you’ve used us before, you’ll know we always try to look after our customers and get food out properly and on time. That night, we fell short. No excuses — we own it.
