Such a lovely cafe with a really welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented, and the customer service was amazing — the staff were so friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their food. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!
Sadly I will not be proceeding with my lunch booking for this coming Sunday due to the attitude of the man who took my call when I followed up on my booking just after 15.30 today. I had not received confirmation of my booking and waited the 24 hours required before one follows up on unconfirmed bookings. The man I spoke to very abruptly told me that my booking was confirmed after I questioned which mode of communication they used to confirm the booking. Instead of acknowledging what I had asked he seemed to be in a rush to end the call. Very off putting and I do not want to come and dine at a place where the customer service is questionable at the booking stage.
Food is amazing but the girl that served up was not friendly at all. Had to wave to get service and she walks around like the customers smell bad. Been here many times and never had an issue - even recommended this place on Facebook. Will never recommend to anyone again.

A beautiful day enhanced by a great wagyu burger experience in Sunbury.
The burger and my couple of odd requests .. were 10/10 made with love by those with great taste..
even the chips which I don’t usually really want, were 10/10 !
Sweet lil spot outside to sit in comfort.

Unfortunately I had a not-so-good experience this time at the nourish eatery. Ordered their specials matcha strawberry latte and Atlantic... Latte barely had any matcha, felt like I was having strawberry milk and the poached eggs had hard yolk, must be sitting in for sometime.
I have never had bad experience at Nourish so hopefully this is a one-off
