I recently moved and had hired The Move Caddies to do the move. The crew I got consisted of Dylan, Jack, Javier and Angel. They were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and efficient, wanting to ensure that everything went well and they did an excellent job of making sure everything arrived in the same condition it left the other house in. I asked them to do a few additional things I needed help with which they didn’t hesitate to do which I truly appreciated! I don’t plan to ever move again but if I do, I wouldn’t think twice about using them again. I highly recommend them!!!
Pros:
1.) Nice guys and they were fast.
2.) The senior guys did a good job.
3.) Affordable compared to other bids I got
Cons:
1.) They didn’t wrap my cream colored cloth couch (sectional). I didn’t notice until it was too late. Younger guys dragged pieces along the bed of the truck making it very dirty. This was a $10k Arhaus couch…I’m getting it cleaned so I’m cross my fingers it comes out.
2.) Two younger guys consistently ran stuff into walls. There was lots of wall scuffs/marks in both homes, the destination being a brand new build.
3.) Between origination and destination was ~1 mile and there most tables ended up with loose legs. I’m still missing a wheel to my work chair and it has scuffs on the base that won’t come out.
I felt bad for one of the younger guys. He was working hard and ended up throwing up across the street.
Dean Lawson was the manager who gave us arranged our move. Reese and Donny mooed our belongings in a timely manner which we appreciated because this kept our costs down. All 3 men were professional. Reese and Donny were very skilled- they knew how to pack our goods (no breakage), the best ways to load, unload. Their motto was ”We are here to make your life easier”. They sure delivered for us. We will use them again. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately this business is not a good neighbor. They continue to park ON the frontage road during the construction on Trilby & College Ave prohibiting drivers to get through safely to all the businesses to the South that only have access by the frontage road. Very selfish of them, being inconsiderate to the customers, businesses and delivery trucks.

And yet there are approximately 5x rt hand pull ins off of it 287 throughout the entire business area anyone could choose to utilize. But honestly, let's be real. Would you rather your moving company worry about their park job or the absolute precision care of a client's products we bring to the table.?.

I hired these guys last-minute for an early morning, local move-in once we realized how much work was ahead of us. Everyone from reception staff to movers was so professional, kind, and helpful. I expected it to be a 2-3 hour job for 3+ flights of stairs in a cramped apartment, but with three movers they knocked it out in less than an hour! We will be using them the next time we move!
