**Review** A huge thank you to @Alan Cave for his help and support throughout our remortgaging process. Up until speak with Alan I was left with the gut-wrenching feeling our current disposable income would be eaten up by the higher interest rates. Myself & my husband have good credit ratings but affordability was an issue due to a loan we'd taken out for substantial repairs to the house we've purchased in August 2022. Speaking with Alan eased the worries I had and his transparency and commitment to finding us the best deal was amazing. He's managed to secure us a 5 year fixed deal that has consilidated the loan and mortgage and subsequently lead to us being in a much better financial situation than we would have been had we stayed with our old lender and moved to their renewal interest rates. Thank you, Alan. You've saved us a stressful few years in financial terms!!

I’d like to say thanks to Inna for what she did for me about the insurances. I had a cover with Zurich arranged by a different advisor and it was only when I came to Inna about my mortgage that she offered to review my policies and it turned out that some information on it was filled in incorrectly from the very beginning. After speaking to Zurich and asking them to amend the information I ended up with a hefty bill of just under £700 to pay to Zurich and on top of it my policy cancelled by them in error. Inna didn’t hesitate and understood my need to have a similar cover in place immediately (I have 4 children, a mortgage and other big commitments). After a few phone calls and meetings she found a great life insurance and serious illness cover for myself and my kids and it was just within my comfortable monthly spend (considering the cost of living these days). I feel super relieved and glad that I approached her with my issue! I’d highly recommend to speak to Inna – she is super passionate about what she does and it makes you feel safe and this is what I needed at the end of the day!

Lee Grundy has been the best mortgage advisor I have ever come across in the industry. I want to say a big thank you for going the extra mile for me during your busy periods. Your continuous help & support made the process very easy. We started with an AIP end of December & had an offer by the end of January, this was satisfying to see as I was very nervous about all this. We then completed the property on March 15th. Lee Grundy explained the process very thoroughly to myself, without Lee's knowledge I don’t think I would have made it to the property market. I would very highly recommend Lee’s expertise & he has always gone over & beyond to answer my last-minute questions. I will recommend Lee to everyone & will always have Lee as my mortgage advisor as I plan to set up a portfolio of properties in the future.

Inna was such a great help for us. Weve been trying to buy a house for 8 months and were not getting anywhere with our advisor. Our case wasn’t easy but Inna was very patient and explained everything to us in easy and simple terms. We prepared all the documents as she said and then applied for a mortgage. It was approved in 4 weeks. She also helped us with solicitors and we completed within 6 weeks after the mortgage was approved! We’re so happy to have our own house! I definitely recommend Inna if you want someone who cares to understand your situation.

We’d like to huge say thanks to Inna who helped us with our first remortgage. We didn’t understand what the best options were and our employment situation was a bit complicated. But Inna found a good option for us and we fixed the rate for 3 years. We were happy that she offered to review our rates between the original application and the start of the deal and she eventually changed the rate from 5.30% to 4.61% and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this new deal saves us £3200 in the next 3 years which is a lot of money that can be spent on something else. Inna was always readily available on the phone, via text messages and emails and it made us feel very comfortable and cared for. We wouldn’t be able to do all of that without her. After 2 failed mortgage applications due to me being an agency nurse I looked to the help of a mortgage advisor. I can’t thank Colin enough for all his work. From how quick he was able to find a lender that would accept my circumstances, to working around my night shifts when sending responses/updates. Every single stage was explained in clear detail and we was kept in the loop throughout. We recently had our mortgage with The Mortgage lodge couldn’t recommend more. Lee Grundy was fantastic during whole time very supportive and made our dream to come true. I was very much in doubts that with our commitments we will be able to get mortgage offer. One word to say for these guys and that word is bloody FANTASTIC Initially spoke to Sabrina a while ago who then put me on to Alan cave who then spoke to me about mortgages etc Alan is a saint , extremely helpful , always there to reply to any questions you may have regarding the mortgage your going for and anything else that is possible in the process . He first offer he was able to get me was more then I even needed to borrow and way more then what I thought I would get I’m 28 years old and haven’t made the best of choices in life up to a couple of years ago but getting in touch with Alan and Sabrina was probably the best choice I have made I am now going through the process of buying a house and solicitors are going through the process To Alan and Sabrina @ the mortgage lodge thank you guys !
