We recently had a very leaky sewer pipe in one of our finished basement rooms. We already had the wall board removed in order to find said pipes.
Called Meridian Plumbing late in the day. They were very helpful and arranged for a plumber to come out to our home. Within an hour or so, Mr. Levi Krauss arrived to inspect the leaking sewer pipes and all issues. Mr. Krauss was very polite, friendly, and wore shoe covers.
After his review of the issues, he discussed with us what needed to be done, plus what could happen if other issues arose. He was upfront on the cost of the repairs. He said that he would return the next morning with all required equipment and materials.
Mr. Krauss returned early the next morning. He repaired the pipe very expertly. He kept us updated on every step needed to repair the pipes.
After the repair, using a type of bleach, he sprayed the area that was soaked with sewer water to prevent any mold from appearing. He cleaned up all the repair debris. He even emptied the water from our dehumidifier that we were using in that room.
He recommended having an access door to be built over this area in the wall where the pipes are located. Very good suggestion! We will definitely have an access door built soon!
Mr. Krauss is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and has the experience to deal with all plumbing issues.

Aaron did a great job. He is very professional. He did the inspection of various plumbing areas and presented me with what he saw that needed work and then I made the decisions on what work I wanted done. He did the work and cleaned everything up. Scheduling my appointment with Meridian Company was a breeze. I received a text to confirm my appointment and again the morning of. Before the appointment I had some questions the customer service team was top notch. I especially liked how accommodating and patient Terrance was in making sure he knew exactly what I wanted done.
When my electrician (Mitchell) was on his way I received another text about 15 minutes before he arrived.
Mitchell was very professional and explained what he was going do. He then completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He also told me that one of the benefits of his company’s service plan was that he could perform a complete electrical inspection at no charge. I was very impressed with his final report. He told me things I didn’t know about my panel.
