I dont know about their managment agenda to open this Bike & Car servicing shop,May their moto has good but executer are extremly pathetic and employee mindset people.in short my bike has good before giving them.aftr serving is making some disturbing noise is coming from chain sprockets.

Very untrained professionals. Couldnāt properly fix my brakes. Brake lever became spongy after new pads were installed and when i told them about this problem they said the pads are new so thats why it is happening. Ultimately i knew that was not the problem and went to another garage shop and they fixed the problem in 10 mins. āThe Mechanicā installed some cheap class brake pads for my bike R15 which was not at all suitable for my bike. The brakes were so cheap it couldnāt handle the pressure of such a high-speed bike.
Secondly, very slow people working here. Gave my bike at around 1pm and received it after 7pm just for a brake pad change, washing and chain set inspection. 6 hours for this? Iāll tell you why.
The guys working here are very slow. Half of the time they are talking and gossiping with each other. Having lunch at around 3pm and with their own pace. And also disappearing sometimes.
And also if a new bike comes in they will start handling that bike and forget that they were working on your bike. This was my impression and experience here.
Also Emailed them for this issue havenāt got a reply yet.
Iām writing this with deep frustration and disappointment.
I received a call from a representative named Sushma from The Mechanic, aggressively pitching their car servicing package. As I was genuinely in need of a service, I decided to go ahead with a basic car service, including a wash and interior polishing.
Both Sushma and her colleague Minal assured me that the entire processāwashing, polishing, and servicingāwould take about 2 to 3 hours, which sounded reasonable.
However, to my complete shock, I received a call barely an hour later saying the entire job was done and the car was ready for delivery. How is it even possible to complete servicing, washing, and polishing so quickly? Naturally, I was skeptical. I raised this with multiple team members from The Mechanic, and each one tried to reassure me that the work was done thoroughly.
But when the car was delivered, it was obvious the polishing hadnāt been done at all. I immediately shared video and photo evidence with three different people from the company. Unsurprisingly, no one has bothered to respond since.
This is the kind of experience you can expect from The Mechanicāall promises until payment is made. After that, they disappear. Zero accountability. Zero response.
I strongly advise others not to fall for their misleading claims. Their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, a waste of your time and money.

Went here for a car wash and polishing service. Itās a nice and affordable place ā the cleaning and polishing were done properly, and I was really happy with the results. The service was completed in just about an hour, which was super convenient. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience!
Today I had free time so I took my bike to the mechanic service centre, here I met an executive named Ashish, he told me everything about my bike and serviced my bike in a very good manner and my servicing was done here at a very low cost, my experience was very good šÆ, thanks to the team mechanic ...š
