Minnie Mouse and her 2 assistants came to our granddaughters 6th birthday party from The Mascot Mum. They made her dream come true! Fabulous party games and fun was had by all 24 children! Can't recommend them highly enough, they did a fantastic job and worked so hard. We will definitely use them again! Thanks team!

We had The Mascot Mum come to my son’s 2nd birthday party and they made it such a magical experience from start to finish. Mickey Mouse had my little boy completely in awe, I honestly didn’t expect a two-year-old to stay engaged for a full hour, but he was in his absolute element the whole time. It was so special to watch. The two girls who came along were just as amazing, encouraging all the children to dance, play games and even doing face glitter. Every child was involved and having fun, which made such a difference. They were so gentle and attentive, really making my little boy the star of the show. It felt so personal and thoughtful. Such a beautiful experience, and it was all because of them. I couldn’t recommend them enough 🤍

We had the most wonderful garden party with Mickey Mouse for my nephew’s second birthday. Sarah made sure booking was easy and everything was so smooth and seamless. There were even special surprises along the way . Sarah is incredibly thoughtful and I would definitely recommend.

We had our party yesterday for my LB’s 5th birthday and the entertainer and the mascot (Chase of Paw Patrol) were so awesome. They were so professional, friendly, approachable, and so accommodating. They were so patient as well considering there were about 30 kids at the party, mostly 4-5 year olds. I don’t have any negative feedback at all as they were just really good and the children had so much fun. Even the parents had so much fun too- they were asking me and my partner about the mascot company as they are interested as well. Bonus points for the party games and prizes which are included in the package! Would 100% recommend the mascot mum! You will never regret! Thank you mascot mum for the best entertainer for my son’s birthday party! Truly unforgettable 🫶 PS: I'm sorry I cannot provide pictures as all the pictures taken on my phone were all showing the kids’ faces so I can’t post them without the parents’ consent.

We booked Buzz Lightyear and Jessie for our son’s birthday party and they were absolutely fantastic. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional and so accommodating. We had several children with autism and additional needs attending, and the team showed so much patience, understanding and genuine care. They made every child feel included and comfortable, which meant so much to us as parents. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were happy to adapt things throughout the party to make sure everyone was having a great time. You could tell they genuinely cared about making the day special rather than just turning up and leaving. We’ve booked mascots before, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The children were completely engaged, the entertainment was brilliant, and the whole party ran so smoothly thanks to the team. My son had the most amazing day and made memories we’ll treasure for years to come. We would 100% recommend The Mascot Mum to anyone looking for a truly special party experience and we can’t wait to book with them again in the future.

I had been looking for Toy Story mascots for my little boys 4th Birthday (He's toy story mad) and was deciding to give up until I found The mascot mum and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish it was a brilliant service. I messaged on Instagram and was replied to very quickly and booked in. I was unsure of what time was best for them to arrive etc as I was trying to fit everything in the play time, food etc and they was so helpful at suggesting different options e.g coming towards the end with the cake to sing happy birthday etc...I'm not going to lie I'd been feeling overwhelmed with organising that I don't think they realised by just replying so lovely and giving suggestions it really helped me out and was appreciated! Buzz turned up with Jessie and they were honestly amazing! 🤩 All the children's faces lit up when they arrived. They walked straight to my little boy and gave him a gift and told him they was there for a very special birthday. They sang Happy Birthday with the cake and all the children. They did a mini disco with bubble machine and had the children dancing to the okie kokie (that got faster and faster they was all really excited 😅) and the conga! Someone mentioned they felt like they was in Florida! It really was an amazing experience for everyone and I'm so glad I booked because they made my little boys birthday perfect! 💙 Thank you so much!

We had a doorstep visit from Peter Rabbit and the Easter Fairy today. Our children were so thrilled and absolutely loved the whole experience. It was a surprise and they couldn’t believe it. The characters were brilliant in role and super friendly and fun with the kiddies. We split the price between a few of us so felt good value for money! Thank you for a lovely, memorable experience!
