I've been using The Malt Miller for a while now. Always a vast array of quality ingredients and kit, well packed and quickly despatched. I write this review though because of the extra mile they go to help the homebrewer with their knowledge. I had a particular issue and after trawling the internet, couldn't find a suitable answer so I sent an email to The Malt Miller asking the question. Not only did I receive a quick response, but the answer from Nic was exactly what I was searching for, he even found the time to give me an even more honed answer after that. I wasn't even ordering at the time (I since have). A proper business run by brewers for brewers. Bravo Gentlemen.

Second time ordering both times the package turned up promptly with regular order and shipping updates. Second time the package had been taken into the dry by a neighbour but not before I emailed them to query (complain) where it was. Nic replied promptly the next morning before I could advise them the package had been found so great communication from them. Good range of products at a good price, great videos on their website relating to home brew etc. Will be using again highly recommended keep up the good work!

As a repeat customer for several years what can I say but the Malt Miller sets the gold standard for an online supplier . They work hard to keep prices competitive and often have some great bargains ( I will have to stop buying the hops as no more room in my freezer!). They are always looking to tweak their processes so everything runs smoothly and gets to your rapidly. You can see from their YouTube they are passionate about brewing and communicate with their customer base. When I have had to contact them over minor issues over the years they sorted straight away. Keep it up!
