We contacted the Loft Boys for a quote on boarding our loft. They performed a diligent assessment and determined that our loft wasn't suitable for boarding due to the height of the space and the insulation requirements. The review was very professional and helpful throughout and we really appreciated the honest assessment, rather than prioritising getting money for a job that wouldn't have been right. From first finding this company on Google, I have not had any issues at all with any employee. Everyone has been most helpful to accommodate my special needs. The work was done promptly, efficiently, proficiently, with no mess whatsoever and the final result is perfect for my needs I would thoroughly recommend this company for anyone's Loft insulation work.
We had our loft reinsulated and boarded recently, I can't recommend The Loft Boys enough. Shout out to Mark, Charlie and Mason who were amazing, answered all my questions, were respectful of our home, clean, tidy and had a great work ethic. The staff in the office were amazing too, always on hand to help out and answer questions, and responded very quickly. I really would recommend anyone thinking of having their loft done to use this company as they are exceptional. Thank you again ☺️

Received a faultless service from the Loft Boys. Found them online (via Google search as knew nothing about loft insulation/boarding) and was impressed with the reviews and company offering. From the survey/quote phase, to completion I continued to be impressed. Communication was excellent, pricing was transparent and reasonable (they didn't try to oversell or push items I didn't need). Then the work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and on time as promised. The loft looks fantastic, I am delighted to have the extra storage space, and Mark and Charlie who carried out the work were so polite, worked quickly and left the place spotless afterwards. My house is warmer and the loft looks spotless. I would highly recommend this company.

Hired the Loft Boys to remove some previous DIY boarding done by the previous owner, re-board the centre of the loft, install a ladder and replace the old hatch.
The job was completed promptly and to a high standard.
I didn't notice that the quotation missed the installation of the ladder and when I pointed out to them (and realised my error), they got a ladder and installed it the same day without blinking.
Couldn't be happier with the experience from beginning to end.

Hardworking, punctual and polite gentlemen who create a new loft hatch, added a new ladder, removed old boarding, added more insulation and re-boarded the loft.They all worked in very hot conditions which could not have been pleasant.

From start to finish my dealings with the Loft Boys was faultless. The liaison prior to installation was great. I was kept fully informed. The fitters were brilliant on the day. My experience with The Loft Boys was great from start to finish. Dean came to my house to discuss my requirements and was accommodating with providing several quotes so that I could choose what would suit best for my budget. The contact from the admin team was efficient when planning the work and in confirming when the job would be carried out. I had loft insulation replaced and a large area of boarding which took a couple of days to complete. The team who attended were friendly and tidy so I was left with no mess to clean away and my carpets were covered which I really appreciated. I’m really pleased with my loft space and would highly recommend The Loft Boys.

Owen and Ben did an outstanding job and our loft looks great and more usable. They worked really hard and left the loft and the area below it clean and tidy. We love the new ladder and wider opening which makes it easy and safe to access and exit the loft. The low level step is a great idea and definitely a nice touch. Thanks to the loft boys.
