Hired the Loft Boys to remove some previous DIY boarding done by the previous owner, re-board the centre of the loft, install a ladder and replace the old hatch. The job was completed promptly and to a high standard. I didn't notice that the quotation missed the installation of the ladder and when I pointed out to them (and realised my error), they got a ladder and installed it the same day without blinking. Couldn't be happier with the experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!

Hardworking, punctual and polite gentlemen who create a new loft hatch, added a new ladder, removed old boarding, added more insulation and re-boarded the loft.They all worked in very hot conditions which could not have been pleasant.

From start to finish my dealings with the Loft Boys was faultless. The liaison prior to installation was great. I was kept fully informed. The fitters were brilliant on the day. The boarding is great and fit for purpose and the insulation was topped up as requested. They even hoovered up before they left!! Would have no hesitation in recommending the Loft Boys.

My experience with The Loft Boys was great from start to finish. Dean came to my house to discuss my requirements and was accommodating with providing several quotes so that I could choose what would suit best for my budget. The contact from the admin team was efficient when planning the work and in confirming when the job would be carried out. I had loft insulation replaced and a large area of boarding which took a couple of days to complete. The team who attended were friendly and tidy so I was left with no mess to clean away and my carpets were covered which I really appreciated. I’m really pleased with my loft space and would highly recommend The Loft Boys.

Owen and Ben did an outstanding job and our loft looks great and more usable. They worked really hard and left the loft and the area below it clean and tidy. We love the new ladder and wider opening which makes it easy and safe to access and exit the loft. The low level step is a great idea and definitely a nice touch. Thanks to the loft boys. Whole process was smooth and easy to follow with no hassle. Would recommend to others.

From the first contact I had every confidence in The LoftBoys. Every contact was positive and every promise kept. No hard-sell (I asked if I needed a new loft ladder and was assured the one I had was fine) and a really good price. The work carried out was of a really high standard and I am delighted with the work - looking forward to no draught coming down from my loft this winter! I initially approached 3 companies including 1 wild card. My basic requirements, were continued use of a previously installed ladder system and bulkhead light, and to install partial boarding in the loft space. After a general survey, Loft Boys, I thought, offered the best solution. (I should also mention a new loft hatch was quoted, as well as access to be made, in the boarding floor, for downlight replacement). A further survey for asbestos, by an independent team, took place, no issues were found. A week later the guys arrived to install. They were on time, very polite, efficient and very clean, job completed in around 5 hours. Overall, the whole process took just over 5 weeks, from initial contact to completion. Not the most expensive, but very competitive. I would highly recommend these guys, to anyone considering a loft solution.
