I was looking for some natural odour neutralisers and came up with a product called Ona gel.
So I did a search in my area and came up with The Hydro House in Kempston, so, as they're just down the road form me, I went to their warehouse/shop and was served by Christian and Paul.
They had just closed their doors but Christian and Paul said they'd open the doors for me to buy some Ona gel.
They were brilliant. Christian took the time to explain the differences and the sizes and I ended up buying 2 large plastic jars.
It was clear that customer service was paramount for both Christian and Paul as they didn't moan that they were closing up, instead, opened their doors and helped me to choose the right products.
Christian was absolutely right in recommending the Ona Apple Crumble as my home office no longer smells of cigarette smoke, but Apple Crumble!
The other one was a Fresh Linen jar, so I put that at the other side of my office.
What amazing smells and they don't cause me to cough or wheeze like some of the other air fresheners I've bought in the past, especially the air fresheners and oil heated air fresheners.
So, well done Christian and Paul. I really appreciated the great customer service and range, so keep up the great work!

I'm a recent covert to Autopot trays for my potting shed and needed some extra piping to connect another tray to the tank. THH had the spares i needed. My order went stray but when I let them know THH were great and even sent me a gift of some liquid feed to apologise for the delay.

what a great shop i ordered spoke to some one day after and was delivered in no time didnt have what i wanted in stock after i paid so they gave me a better item five star defo coming back
My partner suffers from hot sweats at night and a fan is needed most of the night, her “Growth Technology” fan was in need of replacement I ordered the same brand and model as her one from these guys,
A fan turned up but was not what the one she wanted, a quick phone call and a email later they were waiting for stock so they sent another fan and it was amazing a lot better and more powerful then the old fan.
It was sent out the next day with compliments and a apology for any inconvenience.
