With no trades locally in Sussex to assist with our New Wave Door issue we cast our search wider. Thankfully we came across House Doctors and, with some reservation they would travel over three hours to assist, were pleasantly surprised when Mark made contact with us immediately. He explained all about the common issue these doors have and they had a tried and tested fix. Knowing we were not going to get any sense out of New Wave Doors, we made the decision to press ahead. A few weeks later Mark and his colleague arrived and swiftly repaired the door. In fact, it now swings smoother than it ever has! Very pleased with the service and being able to avoid forking out thousands for a new door installation.

Amazing service, fixed what every other company said was unfixable. If you have New Wave doors that have become loose or have dropped then trust me you need to speak to these guys. My doors are now working perfectly.

House Doctor came a while ago repaired two double glazed windows and one broken door lock. Whilst here Josh adjusted a couple of other doors and gave advice on how to maintain door and window mechanisms. Excellent service and very reasonably priced, much cheaper than replacing that's for sure. When we had another lock issue recently they came exactly when they said, identified the issue, which was simple and took seconds to repair so no charge. Would thoroughly recommend this company as a first port of call before you consider replacing doors or windows.

I can’t fault the service from these guys! I had some misty glass panes which were blocking any kind of view when looking through windows. After a thorough measuring process the glass was changed so quickly and it’s like they are brand new. So glad I took before and after photos. Thank you so much!
