These movers were efficient, fast, and right on time! They made the entire moving process so much easier. I really appreciated how quickly they got the job done without cutting corners.
On top of that, their rates were very affordable, especially for the quality of service they provided. If you're looking for reliable movers who won’t break the bank, I definitely recommend them!
Helpful Movers turned a stressful situation of moving into a wonderful experience.
Ethan and his crew were patient as we sorted out what needed to be loaded first. They were flexible when we were still trying to pack last minute items. They protected my furniture and padded my valuable art items.
Above all, they worked together cheerfully. They actually liked working together and it showed in the way they treated me as their customer.
We are fortunate to have them in our valley. I I will definitely use them again!
Please look for another company. My original bid of around $800 jumped to over $1300 with all the extra added stuff. We did a move a 660 square foot apartment where I had already done most of the boxing they did do some. Then a 50 mile travel to destination. Where they had to do 3 levels of stairs which I already planned on compensating them in tips. But with all the extra added stuff amounting to over $500 from the original bid. Not so much 👎. So yes look for another company. I'm a retired truck driver I know how things are suppose to work they stepped away from those ethics. Honesty is the best policy. Other companies would not have charged for the use of the truck nor would they have charged a $1 per mile and the gasoline cost. Nor would they charged a $100 an hour for their drivers drive time. Your driver showed up late and there was dead time in other words your drivers were not as efficient as they could have been. Other company gave me a quote of $1062 for 4 workers and that they would have taken care of everything. Being handicap plus a senior citizen your workers expected me to handle most of the boxing. That's ok you didn't earn your $1300 honestly but you still got paid. With a $100 tip to your workers. That's my review.

I asked how long you thought it would take to move your items. Based off the time you gave me plus drive time I told you it would cost $800.
If you underestimated the time you gave me that is not our fault.
We work as hard as we can and try to give the closest estimate possible based off of the customers knowledge of items and each situation.
If you would have used any other company they would have charged a similar rate and your bill would have been similar.

On first contact , Helpful Movers seemed like a great company. Andrew’s quote seemed reasonably priced for moving my safe. BUT, Andrew’s attitude on seeing the project was very poor and watching 2 guys stand around , had me change my mind on where I had them place it. I really didn’t feel comfortable about them not damaging my property.
I could have done it myself and saved paying 4 guys for nothing. Only one of the movers impressed me, but one man can’t do my project alone.
What I got was basically you picking my safe up from the store and dropping it off in my garage. Like I said , I could have done that myself. If I don’t get a discount , it is a very expensive price for what service I received.

When we give prices for moving safes it's generally a set one so if they were standing around it was not at your expense. That day Andrew worked a night job as well so I'm sorry if he was not as cheerful as he should have been.

Had confirmed the day before to have 2 movers 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., They showed up at 12:45, one was a mover one was a friend and then they left at 2pm because they were "going out of town" and then asked me to pay the 2-hour minimum even though they had not even stayed for 2 hours. They said someone might show up around 6:00 p.m. to help us finish?! I refused to pay them until someone else came later.... which didn't happen and our neighbors ended up having to help us move in. Super disappointing and super embarrassing way to join the neighborhood begging neighbors for help to unload our pods. We were contacted later for payment and we paid for the hour that we had got help from them. The kid that helped us move was super nice but his friend was inexperienced & scratched my wall.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. from our side, This was the last minute move and we were trying to be accommodating.
The two that were able to work came for an hour and a half then left for vacation. When our other movers finished up their job, they contacted you as we explained previously woould have to happen because of the other jobs. We were told by you that you did not want our help finishing.

This was my review three years ago: Great customer service. Kyler was great to work with over the phone. One of them (Woody) really stood out for his friendliness as well and his ability to work independently and non stop.
My review now: They'll get the job done, but do not expect any kind of human quality. You are hiring machines that will be careless with your possessions if you are not supervising and that will not even acknowledge your existence unless you get angry because they are damaging your items (boxes clearly marked "fragile, this side up" being crammed and turned around). Will never hire them again. Go with someone else.

Great experience with a move from Logan to another city in Utah. The movers Andrew and Josh were polite and able to move our first floor apartment things into a townhome with no damage. Quote was pretty accurate to the exact amount we paid. Also he parked the truck really well on our small street.

Fantastic job! The gentlemen that came were very professional, fast, and had a great work ethic. It was really warm and muggy out and they just pushed right through and got it all done in half the time I expected! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
