I spent a lot of time expressing my insurance needs for my daughter which suffers from mental health. She got hospitalized this past Monday and is in Behavioral Health facility. To find out she is not covered for these services. Now I am going to be in debt...I was not heard and left to pay after I felt secure after talking with them.

Hello Heriberto, the unfortunate truth with our current health care system is no plans exist that covers in patient mental health treatment. This is a very large problem that I feel needs to be corrected. During our conversations we discussed out patient treatment which is covered. I am very sorry for your and your daughter situation and its just as frustrating for me that a solution does not exist.
