One of my favourite butchers in Clonmel, lovely staff, very clean, lovely food but unfortunately their portions are gone tiny, crispy chicken is now sold in trays with a 1/3 less dept so you think you are getting the same vaule but your just being fooled, same with trays of chicken skewers, 2 less in in pack. I have noticed this with other items too but the 2 mentions are what I buy every week but won't be doing so anymore..

Hi Blake, unfortunately costs are much higher than they were when we initially started that range. We have not being trying to fool anyone, all weights are displayed on each product. In order to maintain the range of products we produce we were forced to adjust some specifications to work them into the same price point. Other products we couldn't adjust specifications so had to increase prices. We find our range very competitively priced & hope you give them another try.

Lamb Feta and Spinach burgers are amazing. They are currently for sale with the Lidl Kickstarter. The flavour is unreal.
We need these for sale in Dublin all year round !

I’ve tried many different butchers for quality dry aged steak and found the lads here have the best! I’m normally tempted by some of their pork and lamb also when I’m up. Very friendly staff too so strongly recommended by me!

Absolutely fabulous butchers. Each and everyone of the staff there are so friendly and helpful - no matter what time of the day. I would highly recommend the Chuck / Brisket burgers. We have used them for barbecue’s and they are just phenomenal!
