I had a haircut and beard trim with Simi. The service was very attentive to my needs and the cut and trim were very good. Simi didn’t just “execute” the cut I was asking but had also some nice style-improvement suggestions I really appreciate. The atmosphere is relaxed and the place very clean. They also have a good beard product choice!

I’ve been coming here for a while, but unfortunately, the quality has really declined. Recently, I’ve noticed that the barbers make decisions based on what they think is a good idea (or to correct a mistake) rather than following what I actually ask for.
For example, on my last visit, I requested just a 1cm trim on top, yet over 2.5cm was cut—on hair that was only 5cm long to begin with. To make matters worse, my sideburns were left noticeably uneven, which has happened multiple times now.
It’s disappointing to see the standards drop like this, as I used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, after repeated issues, I won’t be returning. (Different barbers on each of my last few visits)

First of all I would like to apologize for the service, it was not what you expected and definitely not to our standards.
I spoke with my employee and admits his mistake and that he will make sure it doesn’t happen again.
The truth is that we do not feel at all proud by the service we’ve given you and how you’ve left our shop according to the pictures you’ve provided. It is not what we want for our clients.
We are humans and we try to do our job with a lot love and passion but sometimes we also have bad days.
If there is anything we can do to fix this problem, besides fully returning the money paid, which we already did, please feel free to email us.
