Russ H. and his apprentice Aiden came out today to fix an air flow problem we were having. They both were so kind, respectful and personable. Russ talked me through everything and they showed me how everything worked. I was even asleep when he arrived and he waited a couple extra minutes for me! Him and his apprentice were very respectful and kept their shoe protectors on in our home without us having to even ask, asked before entering any rooms of our house and answered every question I had! Very pleasant experience!
We are very pleased with Frazier Co. for preventative maintenance of our HVAC systems. All technicians have been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They give great advice and seem eager to help us maintain the older system that we have, instead of getting us to purchase a new one. That means a lot to us.
We recently hired Frazier to install a humidifier into our furnace system. Our service technician, Ryan Finch, did an excellent job. He expertly explained the process—installation and use—and ensured to place it out of the way so it does not interfere with other lines. Aiden and Myron went above and beyond. They didn't quit until the job was done right. They even immediately got a higher ladder so they could complete the job within the scheduled time. They were kind and courteous.
