Weekend Stay at Tribute Portfolio The room wasn't as spacious as we expected, some staff wasn't that knowledgeable with eligible discounts maybe because the hotel was newly acquired by marriott. There weren't much covered with the associate discounts yet, What elevated the experience was the staff, very friendly and accomodating. Shoutout to Chris in the reception!! Really made our experience amazing! Will come back soon!

Overall good experience I had a very comfortable stay at The First Collection Hotel in JVC. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located with easy access to nearby areas. What really stood out was the housekeeping — Indra has been absolutely amazing. He cleans the room thoroughly every day, makes sure water is replenished, towels are fresh, the bed is perfectly made, and everything is neatly organized. His attention to detail truly made the stay feel effortless and welcoming. Highly recommended

L’hotel è moderno, ben organizzato e in una posizione comoda, con ambienti curati e un’atmosfera piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Vijay, il fattorino, che si è distinto per professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità. Sempre sorridente, attento e rapido, ha reso l’arrivo e la gestione dei bagagli molto più semplici e piacevoli. Il suo modo di lavorare fa davvero la differenza e contribuisce in modo concreto alla qualità del servizio dell’hotel. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto soddisfacente, con personale cortese e servizi all’altezza, e con persone come Vijay che valorizzano ulteriormente l’esperienza del cliente. Consigliato!

Bad experience We paid a lot of money expecting a good-quality stay, but unfortunately the experience was awful. We booked a Club Room, however we were given a completely different, lower-quality room. To make things worse, we were then asked to pay an additional $200 for a view that was already included in what we originally paid. The food quality is extremely poor — honestly 0/10. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were all bad and not worth the price at all. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend not booking lunch or dinner and eating outside or ordering food instead. Basic amenities were also missing. For example, the room did not even include toothpaste, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. Overall, this hotel does not match its pricing or promises. I would not recommend it.

My experience Everything was wonderful, from the food, staff, room's and reception. Breakfast was very varied with plenty to choose and the staff very helpful. Everyone was very nice especially this one girl Punam, ho was very nice and always there to help if needed. I really appreciate the experience here and recommend this hotel

Amazing It is a very nice hotel and the location is just perfect only a couple a minutes away from the marina and if you walk along the marina it’s like 25 minutes to the marina mall . You have also an amazing view of the ocean and the marina. The breakfast was large and very nice , too. All the stuff is very nice and helpful here but I want to give the cleaning lady Khin extra credit because she was doing a great job and even tried to help me while I was poorly for two days. She is the nicest lady I have ever met. Thank you to Khin!

Не понравилось 1 звезда за то, что не учитывают пожелания направленные за 1 месяц до заселения. Отель для того, чтобы просто переночевать. Когда был Windham и мы сюда приезжали персонал был более ориентирован на клиента. На ресепшене под предлогом отсутствия номеров навязывают платное заселение и апгрейды. Очень сильно разочаровался.
