My nan lives here and loves it. It sarted out as a respite stay and she loved it so much that she ended up moving in permanently! We visit her often and are always treated kindly by the polite and caring staff. They've always got something going on for the residents and often welcome us to get involved!

My mum is happy at the Firs. She is 99 on the 26th October 2018, her memory is not what it was. But she doesn’t forget how much she enjoys the meals! She is always looking forward to her dinner. The staff are wonderful.
