I had enquired on a watch via carousell but it was sold before I could even go down to the shop. However, Ricky remembered and managed to source for another watch within the week. I am very impressed by the customer service as I was just an unknown person on carousell enquiring about the watch, yet Ricky remembered and sourced it for me. Will definitely go to them again for future deals. The price is also very reasonable and slightly lower than some other shops I've enquired. Really great experience at this shop.
