Please be cautious. This is site full of scams. I haven’t received my order even after raising several complaints. Their number doesn’t work. You don’t get any response on mail.
It’s been more than a month and I still haven’t received any update on my order.

Refused refund for years
They refused to refund my money despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue over several years. Their lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing. I would not recommend trusting this website.

Helpful staff, poor product quality
I wanted to return a few suits I bought, and Poysha Kansal's assistance was excellent. Her help made the return process much smoother and hassle-free. However, the overall experience with the purchase itself was disappointing. The suits did not meet my expectations, as the quality was below par for the price. While customer service stood out positively, the product issues overshadowed it.

Worst experience
The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life I curse the day I ordered from them do not waste your money. They have taken my 7000 rupees and have not given it back I ordered from them back in eid and they had taken the money and said they will send the drsss but even after a month they still didn't deliver and then after ghosting me for another they asked me to choose from there tacky collection and when I said I wanted the dress I ordered they blocked me from there social media

FRAUD SITE
This site is the absolute worst in terms of customer service. I had ordered a suit more than a month ago and there is no information at all regarding the shipping or delivery. My repeated attempts to contact them have been of no use at all. Very rarely they respond to messages and when they do they will say the same thing.. check kar ke bataenge.. at one point a lady claimed my order was returned because delivery agent couldn’t contact me. I have lost 6000 bucks and they are not answering any calls or WhatsApp messages regarding refund

Great Quality Materials and Service
Great service throughout, especially with Rajni. I have a made lot of orders from this website, a recent refund was also processed really fast. I love the qualities and designs and grateful for the team as they supported me for the past two years.

Problem solved
I had past problems with this site and faced lot of issues with my order but recently im very grateful that one of the executives called me and solved my two years old problem and helped me refund my amount. And im hoping now i get my order soon which i ordered recently.I hope the fashionstation site does well now. Anyone facing any problem please contact simran.. she is very very helpful.

Very disappointing experience
My experience was terrible. The service was unprofessional, and I faced several issues that were not resolved properly. It was overall very disappointing, and I cannot recommend it.my order not delivered and no money refunded
