Shop More I had placed 6 prepaid orders in June. Out of these 4 were delivered on time and 2 were delayed by a week. But after seeing the Quality of the products I am very happy. Will shop more.

Fraud website They are running a scam. I had placed 2 orders( no 970309 and 987259) in the last week of April worth around 8000 Rs. till date i have dropped them around 20 emails and hundreds of whatsapp messages regarding my orders but these people are pathetic. Their customer care hasn’t responded even once. Their phone bells ring and disconnect. And most of the times it tells “ this no doesnt exist”. What do i do now? I am going to file a legal case against this website. Believe me , all the positive reviews about this website are fake.

Order id 1005903. It was ordered on 30th jun. and I haven’t received my suit. Fraud company

FRAUD I placed 2 orders in March 2024.My order number 959427 and order number 957552. Neither have I received the product nor refund. Their customer care number does not get connected nor do they reply on WhatsApp. There is no response for my mails. They are big time frauds.

Pathetic customer support I had placed order for 3 suits in June and since then I have been repeatedly asking for delivery or refund but you are not responding and not even picking up phone calls .This is highly disgusting and I will never shop in future from these people.

buying using fashionstation is very easy the best thing about them is their customer services which is very Important. if you exchange or return any article they have proper and easy way to do that. 10/10 for their customer service and one of my orders were late sue to the designer and fstn updated me on daily basis Thank you fashion station

Refund and response to emails pls I had placed an order in Feb 2024, didn't received it. The refund for the same was initiated but I haven't still recieved my refund yet, it's been a month. My order id is #942586. Pls do the needful. Also your customer serive is terrible. No response whatsoever. I hope I will receive an answer this time.

Order number 946800 There is no live chat option at your website. Please tell me the steps how to reach live chat option. There is only contact support button and that directly ho for WhatsApp that is not responding

Fraud.. scam…cheaters.. I ordered in feb 2024. And a big amount of 81,000. Only partial order of 9,000 was shipped and rest till date is pending. They are not responding on any customer care and nodal office number is also not answered and nor is he replying to any messages. I thought they were a trusted brand but this has been an eye opener. They are big scammers. After the order they just disappear. So harassing and frustating.still looking ways to recover this big amount. First they deliver your orders on time ,build trust and then when i placed such a big order..they just dont reply… frauds.. Please be ware and dont order from them

I have shopped from the fashionstation multiple times but never faced any issue except from last order my delivery was delayed but customer service was very quick to deliver myorder right before I needed it before my friends wedding.

SCAM REFUND WILL NEVER BE DONE Writing review third time however finally I got to speak with sujata on 16th of june for my orders of about 10700/- which was placed in May and a refund of order placed in April...what she said is to contact after Muharram as the staff is on leave....then when I called he and messaged on 22nd June calls were not picked and no response to message later on 23rd June she picked my call and said they have not received the catalogues from the designers as soon as they get they will ship the order....and about the refund she said the owner of fashion station has got heart attack and he is on bed rest .....the person who is concerned about the job to do refunds to people has resigned.... now again she has told me to call next Monday...they are however not ready to refund nor they have the suits ready with them to ship THIS IS A BIG SCAM ... however we have lost our money which we will not get my concern is if anybody can do something to block the website so that no other people loose their money ....

Un familiar Response Before today, I have never experienced such an overwhelming feeling. Very worst service still not resolve also not getting any response already passed more than month.

Scammers be aware Total useless people I have ordered a dress on 19th July Order #1009443, I tried to contacting them for asking when they will dispatch the dress, but I'm getting no reply from them, I have also emailed them but guess what no reply, I just want to ask them if they will send the order or no if not please refund the money, and dont tell me to contact you you arent responding scammers pro max. I even wrote it is ok if there is a delay but please update me but again no reply

Tey are running a scam.. Don't order from here it's froud Order number:952953... I want my refund or send me the dress The don't even deserve a star there.. Shameless.. They are Frouding peoples.. I advice you all not to buy anything from this froud website.. It's totally froud.. I had ordered a dress from here it has been.. 4 to 5 month... they neither send the dress nor day provide me with any refund the all customer service they have his fraud just to sit froding people there just delaying the process and they won't provide you any refund they are fraud I don't know if they have any consciousness or any fear they are fraud in people openly and taking their precious money is they will not return any of money which they are taking with the name of such scam they'll going to face all course of all who have order from this fraud and scam website I still did not receive the dress not the refund their customer service is just fraud the Instagram page and Facebook and Twitter are just fraud they have turn off the comment section so that people cannot give their feedback there running the fraud page they are just scanning with people taking their precious money and not providing with the dresses or any resolution who ever working is in this company is fraud they will not reply on our queries they blocked our numbers and did not response when you want to connect them there fraud please broad website. Worst place to shop . Fraud I placed an order in february later there wasnt an update after two months they cancelled it on my request from april till now there is no refund wvery week they say next week till now i didnt recieve my refund its been 4 months .
