Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and WhatsApp, all I get are automated responses with no resolution. I had ordered from House of mist collection which is beautiful collection. The lawn and chiffon quality is top and embroidery is also very nice. 👍👍

Looted my wallet cash Just pathetic experience with this website. First I ordered items which never got delivered. Had to fight a lot posting here and there then got a refund as wallet cash after 9 months. I Didn't use it but now they have deducted about 8300 rs from my wallet calling it 'system error'. The WhatsApp helpdesk is unresponsive, whatsapp calling no is useless, support emails ids give automated responses and customer care numbers given on website don't exist only. Fraud business.

Scam alert All those who were scammed can please file a complaint in consumer helpline and thereafter a case in consumer court. Please send a legal notice as well. They need to pay for their crimes. We cannot let it pass and let more customers be victim of this site. They have office in Noida. Anybody who can file a police complaint against them can be do so at the earliest

Refused refund for years They refused to refund my money despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue over several years. Their lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing. I would not recommend trusting this website. this website is a scam , they take money and dont deliver the product
