My windows/door crew was amazing! They performed a 3 day job in 2 days and through heavy rainstorms. They kept my house dry and quickly covered up the huge openings before any water got in the house. They were also very conscious of keeping floors and carpets clean as they moved between 3 rooms (living room, kitchen, bedroom) and outside/inside foot traffic. Can’t wait for the rest of my project to be done. Thanks to Bob H for being present the whole time to answer questions and keep me updated on crew work status. The before/after photos are remarkable

Exceptional service and response time! Under 18 hours from the call to being fixed. The roof facia had pulled free and was dangling and banging the house after a wind storm. Jermaine came out and got it back up and secured with barely any sign of it having come loose. He then gave the whole side of the house a look over for any other signs of trouble. Everyone we interacted with was sympathetic, friendly, and very professional.

We had all new seamless gutters put in. Fantastic job and very reasonably priced. The project manager, Wyatt Weaver, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Bob and his teammate did excellent work replacing two of our windows! They were professional and tidy, and Bob was very warm and took the time to explain how our new windows worked. He had us look at everything together to make sure we were happy with the job. Jeremy was very prompt and professional in getting us our estimates and communicating about billing. This is the second project we have hired The Exteriors Project for (the first was a new roof) and we plan to work with them again on future projects.

The January rain revealed a serious roof leak into our attic and bedroom below. We needed quick help to stop the leak and the Owner Ryan came to our house shortly after calling his office and did a quick repair of the leak (it was raining the whole time). We were highly impressed with his care, quick response to our plight and honesty. We will certainly rely on his help for further repairs this spring.

I'll start by saying in the end the project turned out great, team working on the house was great, and the project manager Taylor really made the experience pleasant. Our house feels like a new place after replacing our old nasty wood siding. That being said the beginning of the process was rough. It seems we were given promises and information we shouldn't have been given. Whether that was lack of knowledge or just sales tactic. We had a timeline in mind that was expressed to the sales personnel and where given complete faith that that would be met, it wasn't. We were also told we wouldn't have to start paying on the loan until two months after the project was finished, that also wasn't true. There also seemed to be a lack of communication on the sale persons part to his own company in regards to our request and the work to be done. Regardless, Taylor made our experience prime. He answered any questions we had, always took my phone calls, called me if there was a concern with the project, and correct any accidents during the project without hassle. Whatever theyre paying him, isn't enough. In the end I would work with The Exterior Company again, as long as it was Taylor I was working with.

They installed siding for us. Took weeks. I received a Notice of Lien today because they didn’t pay their employee. I worked my entire life to buy this house. I’m beyond words! I spoke to the employee who was scammed. We will work together to make The Exteriors Company accountable. I will file a BBB complaint as well as a Contractor Fraud complaint. Pay your employees!!! Corporate greed!!!
