I recently had micro suction in my ears, im so pleased i went to Roopal, after the doctor told me i needed my ears syringed.
I was met with a warm greeting and a cup of coffee and biscuits.
Roopal is very friendly, professional and caring.
Photos were taken before and after the procedure. The whole process took about 30 minutes. As i used olive oil before my visit, it wasnt too uncomfortable.
My ears feel clean and clear. It has reduced pressure in my head so i get less headaches and earache. I would recommend going to see Roopal, if you have any problems with your ears, shes very knowledgeable.

Within 24 hours of contacting The Ear Company, with regards to my 14 year old son, his problem with excessive build up of wax was rectified. Roopal is such a lovely lady, very prompt, professional and put my son at ease as this was the first time having his ears cleared. Roopal was excellent , it was my first experience with ear suction, and afterwards hearing test, I work for the NHS and was a little nervous and Roopal soon calmed me and I will definitely come and see her again.

Throughout the procedure Roopal was very professional, helpful and considerate with every attention paid to detail. I was completely at ease and very satisfied with the results. Her calm and friendly manner helped settle any nerves, and she was incredibly patient throughout.
