Fantastic service from Dr. Rinku. I found it surprisingly difficult to find a private blood test clinic for my visa application and finally came across The Doctors Practice. Simply called up, booked a same day appointment, went in, tests done and results back in 24 hours. All with a smile. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommended. Thanks again Dr Rinku!

I am going in to my 4th year of riding the nightmare rollercoaster that is TSW, completely unsupported by the NHS, as any Doctors I have previously spoken with refused to accept it as a diagnosis. From my finding The Doctors Practice through a Google search, I had an appointment with Dr Rinku Ratti the following day. Booking online was so simple - choose the day / time and confirm. No availability issues whatsoever. Dr Ratti is a calm and gentle professional who made me feel listened to and finally cared for. I had allergy bloods taken and received the results the next day. We agreed to treat my skin with the Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) followed with Yellow and Blue Light therapies. Supporting this with skin products which were ordered and delivered to my home address within 48 hours. As the cumulative effects of the treatments were so positive, I returned a day later to repeat the same treatments and hope to do so again soon. My family wish that I had found The Doctors Practice sooner. Thank you.

Highly recommend this welcoming, family-friendly and professional practice run by Dr Rinku and Dr Bik. Always easy to get a same-day appointment; even evening appointments for urgent cases (an exception in the Edgbaston area). We have been a few times for personal needs and for our toddler daughter. Unlike most GP practices, Dr Rinku and Dr Bik are generous with their time, empathetic and holistic in their approach, never belittling symptoms and treating each case with sensitivity and care.

Absolutely fantastic service at this practice starting with an immediate response to a call (no NHS 'you are 37th in the queue' phonecall lottery), followed by polite discussion of my needs and accommodating the appointment around my time line. Dr Rinku Ratti is experienced professional and resolved my problem efficiently but not rushing through questions. This practice provides real care for their patients, personalised and supportive.

Following an nhs appointment I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. I decided I needed a second opinion and contacted the Doctors Practice where I had a comprehensive series of tests (not just for cholesterol but an overall health check). It transpired that I had slightly raised cholesterol but nothing more. The care and attention during the examination was superb and I have since recommended friends and neighbours to the practice
