Undertook the Open Water certification with PK and can't praise them enough. Clear instructions and walkthroughs on the first day and two excellent days diving from the boat. Even as an absolute beginner who had never scuba dived before. Would definitely book again if and when back in Krabi. Both PK and Tom were knowledgeable and helpful and would recommend the team for anyone who wanted to try Scuba for the first time.

Wir haben unseren ersten Scuba-Diving-Ausflug in Krabi bei The Dive gemacht und könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Es war für uns ein einmaliges Erlebnis, da es unser allererstes Mal Tauchen war – entsprechend wichtig war uns eine gute und geduldige Einführung. Genau das haben wir hier bekommen.
Der Besitzer hat sich persönlich um uns gekümmert und uns während des gesamten Tauchgangs begleitet. Dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an sehr sicher, gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hilfreich war, dass er Deutsch gesprochen hat – das hat vieles verständlicher und entspannter gemacht, gerade bei den ersten wichtigen Erklärungen unter Wasser.
Die Organisation, die Atmosphäre und die persönliche Betreuung waren wirklich herausragend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und Herz gearbeitet wird.
Für uns war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier tauchen gehen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle – besonders für Anfänger, die ihren ersten Tauchgang in guten Händen erleben möchten! 🌊🤿✨

I originally booked a dive trip to the Phi Phi Islands with another company some time ago. When I later contacted them to confirm the details, it seemed like the booking had been forgotten about. It turned out they had actually booked The Dive Ao Nang to run the dives, although I hadn’t been told about this at the time. In the end, that turned out to be a very good thing.
These guys were absolutely brilliant.
They arrived fully prepared with proper equipment including boots and a wetsuit, which made a huge difference to comfort. It was also no trouble at all for them to adjust the tank to work with my own regulator setup. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.
My guide, Jut, was fantastic — very professional, relaxed and clearly very experienced. He made the whole dive feel safe, easy and enjoyable.
The boat was great and the boat staff were brilliant. They helped you into the water and back out again, and assisted with getting into and out of your gear. They were extremely helpful and made everything much easier.
The dives themselves were amazing — relaxed and unhurried, with well over an hour underwater on each dive.
If I had known about these guys before coming to Thailand, I would have booked directly with them from the start. Highly recommended.

5/5 from me! I had a fantastic experience with PK (dive instructor) and the crew. They are a phenomenal team—extremely professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest and upfront about everything.
As a diver, I really appreciated the level of expertise shared during the trips, especially for the buoyancy control dive and underwater navigation dives!
Communication was effortless, making the whole process stress-free. If I could suggest one minor addition to their already great program, it would be to see a night dive option added to the rotation (even just once a week or a few times a month). The quiet, still waters here would be a great change of pace for both visitors and the crew!
I highly recommend The Dive Ao Nang for any diver or prospective diver. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
