From start to finish, the service received from TDS was impeccable. Marten and Cara were amazing, crisp clear communication and assisted me in understanding the different types and grading of diamonds which was great to see. Having had the engagement ring designed in house, I was beyond happy with the outcome and the service I received. So much so that we will be heading back to have our wedding bands designed and made with TDS as well.

The Diamond Shoppe (TDS) provided the most amazing service with the purchase and design of my wedding and engagement rings. Cara was phenomenal from day 1 - helping us to find the perfect diamond within the size and colour range that I was looking for. She provided thoughtful (and patient) advice throughout the entire process - talking me through the pros and cons of every aspect of the design that I wanted - therefore allowing me to end up with a beautiful cohesive look. I also appreciate that they were very respectful of my fiance's budget - he gave them the price range, and that's what they worked within (without letting me know the cost as he wanted that to remain a secret). They also offer a great online service (very responsive) so whether you visit their fabulous store in CPT or reach out to them via email or social media, you should expect to have the best experience from a phenomenal team.

A great place in Cape Town to buy gemstones or Jewellery. Honesty and quality are what you will get - very different from other places in Cape Town. I especially recommend you to work with Cara. She's a wonderful, dedicated, creative designer who knows exactly what she's doing. Highly recommend!
