After some bad advice and treatment by another dentist I was in need of a solution for missing bottom teeth and a general overhaul.
From the first consultation and every interaction after the team were understanding and courteous.
I opted for a partial denture, which has been great! The follow up appointments to get the correct fit were no problem for Dr N Velan.
With the other work completed and a few visits to the hygenist I can now smile with confidence again! I cannot describe what this means to me. Thank you all so much!

I required two implants and was recommended and referred to this practise by my NHS dentist. I had already researched who could offer this service in my area and The Denture & Implant Clinic came very high on my short list. I attended a consultation to discuss my needs and everything about the procedure, cost and timeline was clearly explained. Throughout the whole procedure, I have been well looked after and advised and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I received clear instructions for day to day and after care for my implants and I'm only a phone call away if I need further advice or treatment.
Implants are an investment and I'm glad I chose this practise. All in all, an excellent service.

Excellent treatment
Having had much Dental work over the years
I was very happy with the check up and especially the actual Implant treatment day, it's painful and takes time to complete correctly.
However I felt in safe hands it was a very clean and well managed environment.
The implant so far has worked well for me, and if I needed further treatment I would return.

I found everyone I dealt with - the dentist, hygienist, nurses, receptionists - to be very courteous, professional, knowledgeable friendly and know how to put their nervous patients at ease . If you have a fear of dentists I recommend you try this practice . You won’t have any reason to want to go elsewhere .

My son is 7 and has always struggled with his dental visits - he cries and until the age of 5 wouldn’t open his mouth as was scared of the environment . Natasha was amazing she set him at ease from the start in the waiting room. Making sure he was comfortable and understood what was happening. Natasha made him feel happy and smile relating to him. He went back on the chair - had his whole mouth open and examined and even had all of his teeth cleaned with the water pump. This is progress. Natasha showed him how to brush properly and what to do! The importance of getting to every tooth and how. Wow thank you so much! I honestly think this has overcome some dental fear by visiting Natasha - worth every pound - thank you 🙏 if anyone has a little one worried about dental visits this really helped. X

I want to thank the whole team for all my care.
My whole dental implant experience from start to finish was excellent.
Time was taken in my Initial appointment to carefully explain all that I would be going through.
The extraction and temporary implant went well and I had antibiotic cover at that time.
My initial permanent implant was not quite right in size and colour and a second implant was fashioned.
This was perfect.
I have just had my final review and tooth hygeniene advice from the hygienist.
All is well and I am thrilled with my implant.

I have had my dental implant here. The customer care is not the best!!! I have been asking for an email confirmation of my dental work for more than a week, no email or response to date. The receptionists are not aware of what they are meant to do. I would expect a better knowledge and care when one has to pay such a humongous price for implant and crown replacement.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for implant treatment. I had read the reviews and was optimistic about the service I might hope to receive.
I came down with the flu a few days before my appointment and rang to let them know, giving almost 3 days' notice. They said they would waive the 3 day cancellation policy "as a goodwill gesture". I was so surprised that there should be any debate about this. I felt - and must have sounded - so poorly and had given plenty of notice. I asked if I could reschedule at a later date when I felt better, but the receptionist was unsympathetic, just kept repeating the cancellation policy to me, and said if I didn't reschedule immediately, they would no longer accept me as a patient.
I'm quite incredulous. I have lived all around the country and have therefore attended numerous different dental practices in the private sector, and I don't think I've ever experienced such a mercenary attitude or lack of customer care. As a new patient, this experience has undermined any faith in the care I might have hoped to receive at the practice. It's clear that money and business comes before any regard for patient needs or experience.
So disappointed, and will be looking for a new dentist.
