Why would you take the chicken pot pie off the menu?
There is a reason this is a top rated bar, Everything was fantastic. Known for their Irish coffee - it was diabolically good, the Shepard's pie? Amazing. Guineas pour? No, more like built with love. Corned beef sandwich, aparol sptitz, hell even the French fries were next level. I whole heartedly thank you bartender upstairs who was so kind and attentive as busy as it was, your the man!
The bar lady was nice.
Awesome, I really like the vibe here!
Mental! GO!
Walked in on a whim and had the best time. The staff was so helpful and sweet- especially considering how PACKED it was. Live music was awesome. Really glad we found this place!
The building and interior are stunning you can tell they poured a fortune into restoring it. Staff knew every whiskey on the wall and were happy to talk without being snobby. My only complaint is the food. We ordered a couple small plates thinking we’d make a light dinner of it, but portions were tiny and it felt more like bar snacks than a meal. Eat first, then come here to drink. The cocktails and atmosphere still make it worth the trip.
Zalige pub
Fantastic team! A special shout-out to GM Daemon for his care for guests and attention to cleanliness, presentation, and keeping everything running smoothly. Managing such a busy, lively place so well is impressive. 🔥
NOT an Irish pub. Filled with young DB’s and will not return. The only redeeming thing was that the bar staff was cool but with thousands of quality bars across town this place is not worth the stop
We ordered the shepherds pie and the fish and chips. Both were excellent. The ambience and the service were great too! The bread and butter pudding was amazing and the IRISH COFFEE was amaaaaaaazing!
Lives up to the hype as one of the best bars in the world. We booked the Parlor for a special night, and the experience was flawless. The Punch Bowl is a must-order complex, balanced, and perfect for sharing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the drinks and the building. Yes, it's pricey, but you're paying for award-winning mixology and a unique atmosphere. Don't skip the oysters either. A true NYC institution.
Great atmosphere and top-notch cocktails. The Irish coffee is legendary. Only downside is how crowded it gets, so come early or expect a wait.
