I've worked within Customer Success for 7 years. I really enjoyed this CX course, although at times it was repetitive regarding the foundations of CX, I think it would be valuable to all levels of CX experience. The use of personas and customer journey mapping was really inspiring and gives me a lot to think about in regards to implementation in my own company.
