Melinda Holbrook is hands down the absolute best, most professional, organized, proactive realtor we've ever worked with. 3 years ago we connected through a Zillow search after I requested more info from a realtor, and she ended up being our agent when we bought our 3rd home. This year we reached out to her to sell our home because we had such a good experience the last time. We have worked with several realtors from both a buying and selling perspective, and Melinda is absolutely the gold standard. Our home in San Antonio had an offer after the first showing, first day on the market, and this offer is what we closed on yesterday. Also, I can be a difficult client because I need to process information and talk through every step, and Melinda always explained things in a way that was easy to understand but didn't make me feel stupid. We truly feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Melinda and the Curtis Team, and would (and have) recommended them to anyone who will listen.
