David was prompt, professional, and courteous as he quoted us for new taps. He then got diverted to an emergency and Billy worked on the installing the supplied products. In that transfer there were some crossed wires and faulty products found and Billy had to return to the suppliers 3 more times. I appreciated his patience and resilience to get the job done. Apparently, we also received a free product. Very happy with the end result. Maybe more transparency in the breakdown of the required products on the quote could have saved some confusion.

I called up and Nate came out on a Sunday arvo and was PHENOMENAL. He diagnosed the situation and took the time to really figure out what the problem was and how we could fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind helpful and I could not be more thankful. Nate thank you!

Had to give them a call after hours to deal with a burst pipe. They showed up in no time and helped fix the issue. Great service with upfront and decent pricing. Will definitely use them again.
