Thanks for making Keeon's birthday party extra enjoyable! Everything was smooth and easy from booking to set-up to tear down.
The 2 installation and tear down personnel were friendly and very patient as it took us some time convincing the children to leave the bouncy castle. Will definitely be renting the bouncy playground again.

Wei has been incredibly responsive, efficient, and attentive to every detail, catering perfectly to our needs. Everything was perfectly planned and executed and the children had a blast!
He was one of the very few vendors who responded so promptly, which we truly appreciated. We’ve engaged other companies for parties in the past, but we can confidently say this is one of the best experiences we’ve had.

Great experience working with The Carnival Fair. The team was quick to respond, flexible to changes and delivered as promised, contributing to the successful event we had in our office. The Dance machines we rented were very well received, and the emcee we engaged was super enthusiastic and bursting (literally) with energy. Beyond the experience and coordination, TCF also provide reasonable costs and my team and I would recommend them for event management and hosting, games rental, and anything that requires energy & engagement. I worked with Wei; the communication and coordination was easy.
