We were looking for a 2026 RAV4 which normally has a long waiting list for several months. Sent a request to Dan 26/03, had a short conversation and 2 days later he came back with multiple quotes with different ETAs and even able to find a deal for next month delivery! We happily took that, signed papers with the dealership and Dan constantly monitored, followed up with dealer and provided us updates (even before dealership actually called). Picked up the car 21/04 with no drama. Highly recommended!

We are more than happy and satisfied with the services rendered by Dan Biady from Car Concierge. He took just a few hours to find us a car that we were after, as the offers on that car brand were to expire the next day. We found him to be very friendly and available to talk to whenever we had any questions. He found us the right dealer and at a good price. Furthermore, he got us in touch with a person from a Finance Company, who also was very eager and friendly, to help us with a good deal. We would readily recommend Dan to any person who would like some help with buying a new car. I am confident that they would be happy with his service as well.

First time I had used a car broker, but after reading positive reviews I thought I would contact Dan. Great experience. I don't think in the future I will go directly with a car dealership. The savings compared with going with a dealer were also welcome!

Extremely easy and low friction process. Saved a lot of money. I initially contacted half a dozen local Toyota dealers about a new 300 series and only one made the effort to respond to me. These cars obviously sell themselves so all that the dealers need to do these days is take orders. Nonetheless no local dealers seemed interested taking my money. I contacted Dan and having no prior experience with car brokers I didn't know what to expect. Dan made the process extremely easy. Within a couple of hours he had a quote from a local dealer that was significantly lower than any quote I imagine any 'retail' customer would be able to negotiate. The process was frictionless - I did not have to negotiate direct with any dealers nor experience any of the usual superfluous upsells (warranty, tinting, paint protection, finance etc). This is the only way I will procure new cars in the future.
