Chris came at the agreed appointment time - easily booked and confirmed by phone - and professionally assessed our needs for a new boiler. Options were discussed and a competitive quote sent by email a few days later. The process for agreeing the quote and booking the engineers' visit was easily done by email. The team arrived promptly and worked very hard to accomplish the installation in one (long) day. My husband was very impressed by how professional and courteous they all were. Easily contactable by phone afterwards with any small queries about how the system works. Recommend without reservation.
We needed to replace our ageing boiler, and had a leak in the coil in our hot water cylinder. Having never had a boiler done before, I didn't know who to ask to do it. My local plumber recommended this company and I am so glad he did. The communication was fantastic throughout, we had a video call to look at our existing setup, I received great advice about the new boiler and radiators etc.
We had a visit from Chris before the job was done to have a look and talk us through it and then a few days later, the work was started. The chaps who came were lovely and efficient and very tidy. We are very pleased with the work they have done and so pleased to finally have central heating. They spotted a couple of other issues in our pipe work and fixed them which was excellent service too!.
If you are thinking of having a new boiler done, I would definitely recommend this company.

I do not usually write reviews even though I find them very useful, but in the last week I have felt the need to write a bad one and a good. My hope is someone finds them useful.
My boiler packed up recently and of course panic set in. Bad timing or what.
Long story short. I advertised the job on a site where you can check a trade. Only 1 trade accepted the job, so I chose them. A few hundred pounds later, my boiler was still not working. To their credit, I was warned that might be the case.
I decided to look elsewhere and contacted The Boiler Installation Specialists. I spoke to Chis, who was very helpful. No hard sell. While speaking to him I also realised that the company that tried to fix my boiler beforehand, charged a lot more than most. But Chris did say that it might have been because of their rate for the job.
Thanks to The Boiler Installation Specialists, I now have a brand-new boiler that also includes HIVE heating and hot water smart thermostat.
I just want to say thanks to Chris and the 2 guys that did the work. Apologies I do not remember their names. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Reassuringly knowledgeable and outstanding workmanship
As a keen, and reasonably competent DIYer, I have quite high standards , so was keen on finding in installer who knew what they were doing and what I'd need to replace a 35 year old, undersized boiler in a 7 bedroom house. Chris, from The Boiler Installation Specialists, was the 3rd firm/person I spoke to about the job, was extremely knowledgeable and the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. He got the job and I was not disappointed. The whole team were a pleasure to work with, including Nina who managed the timings to coincide with a new gas meter being fitted. Thanks Guys.
They fitted my boiler in June 24 and no complaints, but they said I would need it serviced annually. This year when it was due I sent four emails and 3 of them were ignored. Eventually after two months I called them, and was given a date the following week - great! The night before i got a call, couldn’t make it, rearranged to the following Friday. Had already arranged to be home for the first appointment. The night before the rearranged appointment, a text message, can they move to Monday. had to decline as i will not be around. No response. Messaged the Friday morning to ask if they were attending - ignored. Not heard anything since. Extremely disappointing service

From the very first visit, Chris made the process of getting our new boiler installed and relocated completely stress-free. His communication and people skills were excellent – he explained the process clearly and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. The installation team were an absolute credit to the company. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
Chris gave a clear, detailed quote and Nina handled queries quickly and politely. The installers were punctual, professional and friendly. They worked with great care, completing the job to an excellent standard faster than expected and were very knowledgeable. The installers had excellent communication skills and ensured I was kept informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond, cleaned up perfectly, and the price was very fair. A very pleasant experience , from first contact to instalation. Pleasant guys came on the day, very professional and all done by that evening, that was for a replacement oil boiler and new flue throught the roof , a happy customer !

We always get multiple quotes for any big job in the house, so when we wanted to upgrade to a combi boiler we did the same. The Boiler Installation Specialists were the most friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond of anyone we spoke to, and their quoted price was also very reasonable, with no hidden fees or "we ran into an issue and need another £200" type situations.
We thought we had a bit of a tricky job to move the boiler and run some extra pipes under floorboards, but they'd of course done loads of jobs like this and backed up their confidence by doing a brilliant installation - the pipework is very impressive, which sounds silly but it's all in straight lines and makes a load of copper quite nice to look at!
The job was done over 2 days and the installation team always arrived at 8am on the dot, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. They also fitted a new bath shower mixer and it's nicer than any I'd found online and goes with the rest of our taps.
I'd recommend these guys to everyone - just wish I knew a company like this for every other job in the house!
