It was better when they had a front office. Actually speak to an employee of the company. Now they have everything go through a call center.

I understand most people leave poor reviews after bad service however I am not that person. Tonight my husband (who has type one diabetes and needed insulin) were stuck in the unit for an hour and 45 mins! Every phone number we called went to voicemail. We ended up having to call the police and fire department to get us out. This is the second time we couldn’t leave! I believe they can fix the issue but as of today, do not rent from them!

With respect to the reviewer and concern for the situation, this does not appear to be a fair review.
After we reviewed our security footage, it appeared that once the customer pulled up far enough, the automatic gate opened as intended. There have been no other reports of gate issues, and it is in functioning order, and used by many the day of and the day after.
The customer entered the facility 3 minutes before the end of access hours, where the facility locks down except for automatic exits at the gate. Access to the facility ends at 10pm – which is posted.
Calls weren’t made until well after 11pm. We don’t keep our office manager on standby 24/7 or deep into the night after the hours of operation are closed and tenants are not supposed to be in the facility. The “after hours service call,” which is really designed for between 5pm and 10pm (after business hours, but before facility access closes) was also reported cancelled within 30 minutes.
Finally, we’ve attempted to reach this customer multiple times to see if we are missing anything on what happened, but we can’t get a returned call.
Therefore, it is our position that the facility and its security functioned as designed and communicated and there were no issues with the automatic gate exit.
