Renting the Wii tv set up and Claw Machine from The Big Bounce Theory was one of the best decisions we made for our event! Both needed to be customized and Abe Kaplan and his team were extremely helpful in the preparation part. Everything arrived on time, perfectly set up, and in great condition. The claw machine added a nostalgic arcade vibe, and the Wii station kept people entertained all evening. The team was responsive, helpful, and made the process incredibly easy. We’re already thinking of what to rent next time! Definitely a huge success and would totally reccomend it!

The Big Bounce Theory provided all of the carnival equipment and treats for our company carnival, and WOW! Abe and his team did a fantastic job. He helped us select the perfect games and inflatables to ensure that everyone, from the toddlers to the adults, had plenty to enjoy.
His staff members who assisted with the games were great with the kids and kept the party going. Thanks to The Big Bounce Theory, our employees and their families had so much fun!

Whoever the man is taking phone calls is completely unprofessional. I immediately received an attitude upon his first sentence. Im not sure what his problem is but he is rude, incompetent and you need to hire someone. At the end of my call I was told to call back in 5-10 min because he had to take a phone call……”YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN A PHONE CONVO” were my thoughts. Furthermore, it is highly unprofessional to ask a potential customer to call back vice offer to give them a call back.My guess is he is probably the owner/co owner or that this is a family business. As I was reading reviews all I see is disrespectful responses to those who experienced the same attitude and who would have been potential customers.
Im sure your response to this review will be somewhat similar to the others I have read: “you aren’t a customer,” “I don’t see any records of you as a client” among the other long disrespectful replies. What a joke of a business you are running.
Reply to the owners reply: your busy summer schedule does not excuse your nasty attitude over phone. Also, this is not a “hateful” review. It is simply a review in which I am sharing my poor experience of the “service” you were supposed to provide.

We're sorry we couldn't help you. Our phones ring constantly and we are unable to help everyone on these busy weekends in the summer. One of the biggest hurdles for anyone running a small business right now is finding good help, so as a small business we do what we can with what we have. (Sometimes that mean having to call someone back.) Once again its important to note that this person is NOT a customer of ours, but simply someone who we could not help. For anyone else reading this review please judge us on your own personal experience and not a hateful review like this......Thank You!

Had a great experience working with Abe from The Big Bounce Theory for my daughter's party. They were professional, arrived on time, and helped with set up. They went above and beyond and their arcade games were perfect. Also, Abe helped me get tables last minute when my venue could not provide. Will use them when I need in the future without hesitation.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our school Carnival went last night! All of the children (and parents) had an amazing time! The Big Bounce Theory staff was kind and helpful and the games where all top notch! 100% recommended them for your event!

The Big Bounce Theory provided games for our son’s Bar Mitzvah. We had a ping pong table, 4-way arcade game, bubble hockey and basketball game at our celebration. Our guests had so much fun with all of the games, and The Big Bounce Theory was a pleasure to work with. They setup the games promptly and provided an attendant during the event to oversee things so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The games added lots of fun to our event and I am glad that we incorporated them. Thanks, Big Bounce Theory, for making our event extra special!

I would highly recommend. The inflatables were amazing-looked practically new! The staff was on-time and professional. All my guests were commenting on the quality of the inflatables. Easy and helpful-I will definitely be using again!!!

These guys are great ! I have used them for years. Great service and lots of fun. They have a great variety and keep adding new stuff each year ! You can’t go wrong using them for a party.

Again, I understand customer service. Yes, you were sold out on the weekend that I wanted but I told the person that I was willing to change weekends.I was willing to go the next Sunday available, which you DID have available. Maybe you didn't review all the facts. The person just kept saying to go to the website to look at information. He DID NOT want to take the time to explain the bounce houses to me. That is why I gave 1 star. I actually called another company that was more than willing to answer my questions and booked them for the following weekend.

This is the most unfair and undeserved review we have ever received. How can you leave a review of a company you have never done business with.....? This person is NOT a customer of ours and is angry that we couldn't help her because we were SOLD OUT for the weekend of her event.

He checked availability for your date, and we were Sold Out, he then answered all of your questions, and determined that because of a space issue we were unable to help you with the item you wanted. All of the other info you needed was already listed on the website as explained. You then got frustrated and hung up the phone on us.
Its important to note that from time to time we are unable to help people because we are SOLD OUT most weekends in the summer. In this case, this customer was trying to book for Labor Day weekend and we could not accommodate her. She never booked anything with us, she is NOT a customer of ours, she was rude to our staff over the phone even when they tried to help her. Its for this reason that we record all of our conversations to hear both sides of the story. For anyone reading this review, we welcome you to hear the conversation and make a fair decision for yourself.

We were very happy with the products and services. We rented tables and chairs for our party. They were very sturdy, nice looking and high quality. The staff was very easy to work with and super helpful. I will definitely rent from them every time I have a party.

The Big Bounce Theory has the best selection of activities and inflatables. They are extremely easy to work with and went out of their way to make my son's party a success, even given rainy and unpredictable weather forecasts. They are friendly, professional and enthusiastic. I strongly recommend them!!

I rented a water slide from this company and it was a hit! The kids loved it and even the adults. The boys set up the waterslide and they were very helpful. Thank you for making my party a success.
