This was my first experience of using the modern auction methodology and admittedly felt quite apprehensive. From my first conversation with Kelly there was no doubt in my mind that she would not only sell my house but also get a great price. As well as provide me with experience and expertise in this area. And Kelly has done exactly that. Kelly provided constant updates at all times - bearing in mind I live in Australia - so I felt connected with the process at all stages. Even now, even though Kelly has handed over to the processing team, she still provides updates. That is great customer service and a real sense of support. Kelly was always super helpful, friendly, and very communicative both as a listener and providing updates and other bits of information. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. As more people move to online auctions, Bid can rest easy that professionals such as Kelly are working for them. Thank you very much, Kelly!!
