Called The Bearing Company prior to placing an online order to confirm that they had what I needed in stock. Phone was answered promptly and they quickly confirmed that they had the items that I needed. Placed the order on line and it was picked, packed and posted out the same day with a confirmation from Royal Mail that the items would be delivered on the next working day. The order duly arrived and I was pleased to find that everything was correct and in good order when it arrived. I don’t normally leave these sort of reviews but the exceptional service provided by The Bearing Company deserves a mention as does the competitive price of the items that I ordered from them. Will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Contacted the company to try and purchase mower belt which I couldn’t find online or locally. Colin went the extra mile checked their current stock,called my husband Philip back as promised,;sent it and we received two days later. Belt fitted by my husband mower now back in use. So good to be able to talk to a person and get good customer service.

Excellent, knowledgeable, very helpfull and a can do attitude. This is my go to supplier for all things belt/pulley related. Off the shelf or more bespoke, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I bought a Lawnmower belt from here and it fits perfectly, does the job and had an extremely speedy delivery. I did not know much about what I needed so the staff was very kind and helped me along the way to find what I needed. great quality and the price was pretty good, will definitely come back for when the next thing decides to break on me :'D

Needed a v belt for a very old wheeled strimmer. They found a suitable one, delivered it its fitted and we are away again. We'll done. I had so many 'can't help you' from other companies. Will definitely recommend

bought some v belts for my wood chipper did not last no more than a month contacted them for replacements but would not replace .they said the pulleys where worn or over tighten . this was checked out and was not so what happened to 12 months warranty

I called this company and spoke to a rep named Colin, I explained what I needed for my moterbike project, he way way out of his way to find me the correct bearing for the right price saving me a load of time and money. Couldn't recommend this business more.
