Dr Steers is absolutely fantastic. I took my 8 year old son for an auditory processing assessment due to a number of issues he had been having at school and a long history of glue ear. Dr Steers was supportive, informative, highly skilled and most importantly a total legend with my son. Made him feel welcome, supported and safe. The report we received was detailed and included a number of recommendations to support my
Son at school and home. We are so so thankful we were recommended the audiology place - Dr Steers has literally transformed the future path of my son ❤️

As a slightly younger person than the “norm”, I originally went to an audiologist where I had a very frustrating experience. She was limited in her knowledge of hearing aids, & it was clear her specialty was for the elderly where one style was suitable for most. After trying a few times over a number of years, I switched to Dr Signe. Her patience, empathy (I was struggling with the concept) & general knowledge was exactly what I needed to overcome the stigma I had with accepting my hearing loss. She gave me a wide selection of different aids to choose from that were specific to my needs. As she is independent, she is not aligned to 1 brand which means I received a tailored solution. I couldn’t recommend The Audiology Place more highly. So much so I have now convinced my parents to go there too!!

We recently had our 3-year-old son assessed at the Audiology Place, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the audiologist was warm, empathetic, and incredibly patient with both my son and me. She really took her time, making sure my little one felt comfortable and engaged throughout the assessment.
What stood out most was how she built such a natural rapport—not just with my son, but with me as well. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt informed and supported at every step.
The final report was extremely detailed and professional, reflecting her deep knowledge and care in her work. It's clear she’s passionate about what she does, and it shows in every aspect of the service.

I was super impressed with this business across many facets. It was really easy to book an appointment and the staff were really accommodating to fit me in with an appointment quickly. Dr. Steers was very thorough when describing the ear wax removal process and made me feel very comfortable. The tools she used were very state-of-the-art and the whole process was very streamlined. The post-appointment care has been excellent too. They've followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can't rate this business highly enough!

I highly recommend a visit to the Audiology place. Im 40, but have been struggling for the last 5 years with a plethora of sudden onset cognitive and auditory issues. Dr.Singe actually listened and was able to provide a lot of clarity into what I have been experiencing - which has been incredibly scary and life changing. I feel fully supported by her and now I am able to use the information she has provided to get the additional help I need and possibly even alleviate symptoms/enhance my experience of and ability to interact with the world once again. I have left with some kind of hope, but most importantly, well informed.
She is highly competent, thorough and demonstrates a high level of integrity in her work which I truly appreciate. Dr.Singe will go the extra mile for you as she genuinely cares about her patients - a rare find in the modern world.
