Was pleasantly surprised that the experience was such fun . Very delightful experience with caring crew. We caught a total of one fishš¤. Still it was great being out in the sun and air!
Omggg... our first time fishing.. what a delightful experience š.
I had a fall about an hour prior to boarding the boat..my mobility was at its worst..I was assisted to get on and off the boat.. about an hour into the trip.. I was uncomfortable sitting on the bench. Staff got my walker..and placed me in a position where I could sit comfortably.. I also was asked often if I was okk.. My younger crew had a blast... many fish were caught.. a few had to be thrown back into the ocean due to a size limit.. other than that.. I could keep going on..ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL...A+šš¾.. We will be back.

This is a well organized, safe fishing trip for beginners with small children. The staff is helpful. We found the experience to be underwhelming because it was overcrowded (our fishing lines kept getting caught with the people to our left and right) with not too much room to move around. Once you pick one place to stand you have to be at that spot for the remainder of the trip due to the capacity.
We also anchored and fished in spots with lots of other boats moving around. No one caught fish that couldn't be thrown back in. All of that said, its fun, safe and worth it for the fun of being on a boat on the beautiful sound on a summer day.

Captain Pete and Ethan made our fishing trip unforgettable. From the moment we boarded, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. They not only guided us through the fishing process with patience and enthusiasm, but also scaled and filleted the fish we caught so we could take them homeāsuch a thoughtful touch!
Their expert tips helped each of us learn how to identify and catch fish, and some of us even landed multiple types thanks to their support. We also had a seven-year-old in our group, and their attentiveness toward him was something specialāencouraging his confidence, engaging him in conversation, and making sure he felt right at home.
The camaraderie, communication, and overall service were top-tier. You could feel that they genuinely cared about making it a great experience for everyone onboard. Weāre absolutely recharged and already looking forward to next seasonāweāll definitely be back!
We went on the July 4th cruise to see fireworks up close !!! It was wonderful!! Captain Kenny had a nice dinner for everyone! We got up as close as possible to the barge shooting off the fireworks & it was totally amazing!! Make sure you try to go next year!!!
I booked a 4-hr Fluke & Porgy trip for Fatherās Day 2025 using a Groupon for my husband, my 3 year old and 4 year old sons, and myself. Had an issue figuring out where to enter the Groupon redemption code on the businessā website to redeem it and the captain was so helpful when I called for help and texted me a screenshot of where to enter it.
Day of the trip, everything was perfect. The capt and his mates greeted each group as they boarded, the boat left right on time and moved spots a few times to make sure everyone caught fish. There were snacks and drinks we could buy onboard and they collected $5 per person (optional) for the person who caught the biggest fish to win, which added to the fun.
What impressed me enough to motivate me to write a review was how absolutely wonderful the captain and mates were with my kids. Starting from when they came around to explain how to use the fishing rods they were patient, helpful, attentive, kind, friendly, and sweet. Any time we needed anything, someone was right there to assist us with a smile. They even let the boys up to the helm to show them all the buttons and levers, let them sit in the captainās chair, wear the captainās hat, and blow the horn and announce to the group to start fishing! The boys had the best time - we all did! Truly was a Fatherās Day weāll never forget and we canāt wait to go again!
I took my 2 daughters today on the Angler and it was probably the best experience i ever had . Captain Kenny totally nice guy just met him today and his 2 mates today were outstanding they helped my 2
daughters age 6 and 9 today all day they were unbelievable my daughters are on the moon cost this was like our first trip and they caught fish so they havenāt stop talking about it . I wanna thank the captain and the mates for making a great memory and a great experience for me and my kids today . You definitely will be seeing us again when i get a chance to go !!!!!!!!!!
Iāve been invited on this boat numerous times but this was my first time hosting an event and captain Kenny and his crew went above and beyond. We did a sunset cruise with my extended family for a big birthday party and it was incredible. Everyone was helpful and the kids had a blast catching fish which was a big surprise! Thank you for the incredible experience.
Had a great trip. Captain Kenny and Devon did a fantastic job putting us on fish. It takes a lot to run a charter business and these two have it all. Kenny worked very hard to keep us on a bite and Devon was always available when someone needed a hand. All in all a great experience. Quality counts and I definitely had a quality trip. Thanks guys-
Despite spending most of the four hours losing my breakfast over the side of the boat, my three children and I had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with the kids, and were very kind to me for the duration of the trip. Historically our Boy Scout troop have used this boat and I can see why as the staff and captain go above and beyond for everyone. With a handful of dramamine and a prayer to the gods we will definitely be back.
