Exceptional performance, I had a great experience with The Advocate Team. I was very fortunate to meet Moises Andrade who evaluated my case and when I joined their team I was very pleased that he connected me with treatment & transportation services since day 1. Moises introduced me to Noemi Lugo , Diana Jones, & most importantly Brad Johnson who have been very supportive on my treatment. I was connected with physical therapy with Mint Physical Therapist and they all have the same passion, looking out for the patients. Those guys at Mint are awesome , very caring people. Nice receptionist. I am very grateful for the excellent communication. In all aspects! My concerns are addressed in a timely manner and they are very detailed in explaining my treatment goals. Overall I also appreciate Moises Andrade following up after my surgery, which made me feel that he really cared about my injury. He made sure I was getting all my needs met! Steven Linton really worked hard for me. First he helped me get all the medical care I needed without paying a dime out of pocket. Second, he didn’t charge me for his services until he got me money for my injuries. Finally, when I told him I was ready to settle he negotiated for more than I was happy with. When you call the Advocates, I hope you get Mr. Linton.

After a year in 6 months of therapy on my back I'm still injured the money ran out and I ended up with $593 the therapy did not work and I think that the the doctors The Advocates recommended knew that therapy would not work and the injury that I had before this injury with the VA was going to do surgery or just live with the pain and that's what I have been doing this injury has irritated and made my injury a little worse it would have been nice if I ended up with a little bit more money than what I thought and the doctors were honest instead of money hungry because their therapy what they recommended did not work it just hurt me now I hate needles after what they did to my back I hope I never experienced that pain again but this is what I get $593 and The Advocates got $9, 393 and I feel that the doctors that you referred me to you also got a fee from them having referrals to their office instead of using my own doctors at the VA nothing was ever discussed all I was asked for is to sign medical release forms but it's funny I have to do it three times I don't understand that I had three lawyers also or whatever you call it I was very confused I didn't know what and why we were doing this if they looked at my history I did go through therapy with my back from the VA determined that it had to be surgery which I did not want so I live with the pain my truck was totaled so I invested in a newer one hopefully I get a little money out of this settlement to pay for the new one I didn't get enough money pay one single payment living on disability and Social Security is not that much for me to drive a new truck around after I have to do house payments and insurance and utilities just the name a few bills now this puts me behind hired a lawyer to get me money and not to put more injuries in my life now I have to worry about this new bill I want to thank you for teaching me a lesson about hiring a lawyer when I talk to Dave he said that he's not into my case other than what amount he would get at the end every time I talk to him he was on vacation never answer the phone I never met him I hired the law firm and I don't know how I ended up with The Advocates I thought that the law firm was going to take care of me but I'll never do this again it seems like the insurance were more interested in taking care of me than this attorney that I so called hired this is terrible thanks

Mark and Rachel were so helpful all along the way from the beginning to the end. I actually got a settlement check and medical care through the program they have with First Care Medical. They were able to negotiate the costs of the different care I received and reduced how much they took as well. I was even told my amount would be $6500 but instead it ended up being $6900. If it wasn't for them I would have not received any money. Thank you Mark and Rachel for all your help and work to help me be able to get the medical care I needed and the money as well.
