I ordered a desk advertised as a 15 to 20 day delivery, in the end I waited 36 working days, 53 calander days, at no point was I contacted to be informed of increased lead time, every time I contacted them beyond the 20 day point I was told the desk is in manufacture and will be with us next week, this went in over the weeks till the desk eventually arrived, no explanation, poor comms from them. Now the desk is here, I have had it for one week and liking the desk a lot. But the slower than advertised deliver by 2 to 3 times slower and lack of comms means lost stars:(

Thanks for your review Roy, we got this wrong and the desk top and panel were delayed due to Christmas and an error at our warehouse. We are sorry and have up-dated our communication.

Excellent internet site. Choosing and ordering was swift and easy. Chair arrived 2 days after order made, well packaged and protected. Chair was unpacked and made up effortlessly with the aid of my good lady wife. My only criticism is that the ups downs sideways of the lever controls of the chair could be better explained. It took longer to work all of the settings etc, than it did to assemble the chair. Once done though, very happy with package. Thank You.

Superb experience with That's My Office. Highly recommend. We were looking for a company that could help with updating our tired and cramped office space. We were after design/layout ideas as well as assistance removing old furniture and installing new. Graeme and his team were fantastic.
