☺ Everything was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay.
☹ The ladies at reception of they can be more professional, we asked if we could take pictures and one of them said as long as we don't take the stuff. Firstly if I will be taking a Video there's a high possibility that one or 2 will pop in my video not necessarily that we are taking them but we taking the place. We decided not to continue after her stammer. We were not shooting them directly but just taking videos for our vlog and also to review the place.

☺ The room was so nice and spacious, the views are spectacular, the staff was so warm, welcoming and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
☹ I wouldnt say I dont like this but the only thing i would propose is that room service meals come in intervals not all at the sametime (eg starter come first, after a few minutes then bring the main).

Investment in soundproof mechanisms for the rooms
The venue is beautiful, and the views are incredible. The staff are very friendly, I however I had a terrible experience as I did not get any sleep. The rooms are incredibly hollow as a result you can hear everything from all the rooms surrounding you. 2 rooms above, and 2 rooms below. As a result, I unfortunately heard very intimate moments from my neighbours in the early hours of the morning and throughout the night. To the management team, please consider investing in mechanisms to soundproof the rooms.

Mini-moon getaway
This was the perfect getaway for our Mini-moon. It's close enough to Johannesburg to take an Uber, making it easily accessible without having to rent a car. The staff at the hotel are friendly and the serviice was great. Our room was amazing, with a lovely mountain view. Not forgetting the amazing food at The Kraal restaurant, and again, excellent serviice from the staff. This is definitely on our visit-again list. 🫶🌿

The service at Thaba was absolutely phenomenal! One thing about the Thaba crew is that they don't just meet expectations; they exceed them!! My sister and I had an amazing time. The highlight was definitely their breakfast buffet—mamma mia, impeccable! And their rooms? Pure luxury! You wouldn't believe you're in Johannesburg. Bhuti' Nthuthuko, Vusi, Sakhile,Lerato and Dumisani anticipated all our needs. And I can't forget Travis, our informative Eco drive guide. Ten out of ten across the board!

Great experience
Third time visiting. It was a great stay. The room we were initially allocated had blinds that were not working but when we raised the matter, the team quickly acted and not only changed the room but upgraded us. I have always enjoyed my stay and the staff members are very friendly. I highly recommend Thaba Eco if one is looking for a quiet place where you get a great experience.
