A Magical Relaxing Experience i had an amazing experience at the Thao Eco Hotel. the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and absolutely beautiful. the place is clean and well kept. The SPA experience was also incredible. My masseuse Ntokozo was professional, and she handled me with care. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel special.

Beauty of nature Surrounded by natural beauty, tranquil and relaxing. Scenery and location are a firm 10/10. Restaurant was 7/10, service was good however slow. Took a while to sort out a table for our party as there was a mix - up by their administrative team. Quite a long wait between order/service of starters and main. Drinks orders with mains were eventually cancelled after ordering for the second time and we were ready to leave. Highly recommend the Thai Mussels starter - delicious. Conferencing is 6/10, room allocated for first day was small, dark and airless. The same request is made to multiple staff who do not provide feedback. One of our team members was 'detained' because he had breakfast upstairs while breakfast for our group was downstairs - he literally could not leave the breakfast area and had to be rescued by a senior manager, when a simple adjustment would have resolved the situation. Conferencing meal quality was poor, lots of salt and did not look appetising. Special meals were served when the rest of the delegates had finished lunch. Staff were slow to react and follow up on special meals made more than once. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out and deserve a rating of 8/10. Bathrooms need upgrading, shower head is old and like a sprinkler. Shower door did not close. Curtain rails are old iron and its a struggle to close or open without sticking. Definitely worth a return.
