the hotel was closer to my destination when I was going to do business. the room was very clean, and it did not have any odour, and the bed was in a very good condition. I slept peacefully like a baby, definitely I will come back to enjoy the facility. all these was for the very reasonable price. i will recommend your hotel to friends and family member to consider using your facility. for sure it is a 4 star hotel

The experience was good, though i have some complaints that i need to raise. 1. The food tastes delicious, i do not want to lie, however the food was served cold and that was a problem for us. 2. The noise that was made by the students in the morning was unbearable. 3. Kindly try to resolve this issues as we will be visiting the place in October the whole week and even at the end of October for the G20 summit.

The rooms are spacious, and the food was great. A bit more signs would be a good idea. It was not easy to figure out how to get into the conference centre to access the dining area. The bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly. It was a pleasant stay

I'm happy to share that I booked breakfast and lunch for a training session and I was genuinely impressed. Without any follow-up from my side, everything was already set up when I arrived. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely amazing. I can confidently and safely recommend them!

My overall experience at Tfokomala Hotel
Reception was fine, the room was clean and when I arrive, the aircon was on and the room was pleasantly warm. The food in the restaurant were well prepared without delay after I placed my order. Restaurant staff were always available to see if there was anything I needed. The challenge I experienced was television channels. eNCA was not playing, The only local News channel availabe was SABC News. Sport channel 203 was not available, thus I could not watch the FIFA Club World Cup semi final matches which was a serious disappointment. Kind regards Mslekgoathi@gmail.com

Rooms give executive feeling. Food well prepared and better than many hotel schools. You feel very much at home and more comfortable. Good view of the city when in the room and the hustle bustle of the students reminds of the future life presents to us

Had the perfect stay
Room: The room was big and clean, smell nice and a spacious comfortable bed. Network Challenges: Unstable network/signal Catering: Staff always refilled water bottles in rooms and cookies (very addictive-complements to chef). However, eating same food for breakfast was tiring and no ala cart for dinner. Also likes you snack packages and coffee. Staff: Very professional and helpful
