Incredibly frustrating experience...very misleading on project timeline. Collected my money and then didn't complete job for 5 months. Marked up product by 3x then couldn't get unit from manufacturer. No follow-up. No communication. I had to call them once a week for 5 months to get resolution. They are recommended by Goodsmith, which calls into question the extent to which Goodsmith actually vets their contractors.
